My overall experience with the company…
My overall experience with the company was really horrible. They didn't have an actual customer service number. When I called the “customer service” number I found online, I tried to get in touch because my order was refused at a pick-up location. I wanted to speak with someone. My email was never responded to in a timely manner. The person I spoke to did not want to help me. As a result, I lost €150 because of the lack of communication. I had to contact the company first to stop the order from being sent back, but no one ever responded to me quickly.

1-Las zapatillas me quedan grandes si atiendo a la medida de mi pie en cm, siguiendo sus indicaciones.si hubiera pedido mi talla, creo que habría acertado.
2-Si ponen en la web que la devolución se puede realizar en 14 días y tras haber asumido el comprador inicialmente al PvP gastos de envío, deberían añadir que la devolución corre por cuenta del comprador y en ese caso, uno se puede pensar si merece la pena comprar online asumiendo 30€ más o ir directamente a una tienda. Falta información en su web

I am actually a wholesale representative ( have my own company ) and i never use the word- close out ( old , dated ) that is why used cars are pre -owned. Sounds more expensive. Use another word. Just advice from a long time fashion girl .

So… I’ve been a vibram consumer for many decades, and a used of five fingers since their creation. At first I would wear them till my toes wore through. Now I have a variety (vibram variety:hey that’s catchy) that’s kinda mind boggling. My medical reasons for relying on them, walking, casual wear, cycling in them and even dress wear… they are my feet version 2.0 with rubber souls.

Delivery & customer service sub par
I can only comment on what I’ve experienced so far, which is unfortunately a bit of a nightmare with delivery. My order still haven’t arrived and has been stuck in the same packing hub for a week. When I got in touch with Vibram about this days ago, I received no response. I think perhaps a more joined up approach is needed here, so that the product being delivered in good time occurs before I’m asked to leave a review of the product.

Placed an order 25 mins after a restock. 1 day before the order should have arrived received a generic cancellation email.
Unacceptably poor service. So disappointing.

cancelled order and no customer service
Waited for the long awaited limited drop for their V-souls. Set an alarm and secured a pair. 2 weeks later I got an email that my order was cancelled as out of stock. No further explanation or compensation. Reached out to customer service and still haven’t heard back. Very disappointing.
