I'm responding...it has been a circle of emails for the defective brown vibrams I received... like I said the brown ones are my 4th pair so seeing the velcro lifted was surprising... Fall is coming and I wanted the brown pair...please fix this...

Still hasn't arrived
Still hasn't arrived. UPS didn't deliver two days in a row, and just received another delivery exception. The address is a large business and studio space in the centre of the city that receives countless deliveries daily. I have now had to change the delivery to a pic up point.

Too hard to get on my feet!
Getting these on my feet is a real chore! I think they should be able to be opened more to allow one to slide the toes into the slots. I don't know if I can ever wear these!!

I was trying to order two pair of trailope shoes in different sizes, so I could get the correct fit. The color I wanted were on sale. Your site would only give me the sale price on one pair. So I ordered just the one pair. The next morning, I called customer service and had to order the second pair through your agent. Your agent was very professional and ordered the second pair for me and did not charge shipping on that pair.

I am still waiting for my refund. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They publish an inaccurate size guide, charge you for return shipping, and then fail to refund you for the returned product.
The whole experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from them. Please think twice before placing an order.

no refund after two months
Returned my €150 shoes to Vibram on 10 August (paid 30 euro extra for delivery back). The parcel reached their returns department, and on 3 September support promised an update within 1–2 business days and said the refund should arrive the following week.
Instead, no refund, no update, and they closed the support ticket as “solved.”
It is now 21 September with no refunds or communication.
Very poor customer service and an unacceptable refund process.
