Honestly I don’t reviews because I’m not paid for my time. But for Vibram, I love the products and whole shopping experience.

Vibram makes excellent quality shoes. The Five Finger shoes actually benefit the health of your feet.
The website is easy to navigate, and they have sales regularly :)
I have owned MANY pairs of their Five Finger shoes over the last 13 years, and they are by far my favourite things to wear on my feet. I get asked about them everywhere I go. I talk about them with new customers at the restaurant at least once a day!

Although sometimes getting a follow up response from Vibram is tricky. They'll respond to your initial email, but getting back to you again? For some reason I don't get another reply. It's not the first time that I'm left hanging on a email conversation...

J’ai passé commande le 18 septembre et depuis je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, j’ai envoyé plus de quatre mails et je n’ai jamais eu de retour à mes mails personne ne répond service client plus que déplorable. Inadmissible de ne donner aucune nouvelle. Je n’arrive pas à me faire rembourser.

Pessimo servizio clienti. Ticket senza risposta da due settimane.

Dire qu’il faut prévoir une taille en plus

La scarpa è poco regolabile in serraggio, la linguetta interna di fatto è monoposizione e la fascia esterna ha poco velcro poco oltre la posizione nominale rimane dondolante. La scarpa è poco traspirante

I sent you many thanks (obviously not on the wright sight) already. I had nearly the same Furoshiki Wibram shoes (I used them for swimming and for walking at the coast) but after many years they were exploited. So I needed two years to find new ones. My experience with you was perfect. I got the perfect shoes in some days!

Tracking a bit slow and too many hopes

Purchase 1st pair didn’t fit, returned it without any hassle and purchased 2nd pair. It looks and feels great. Definitely gonna purchase another. Only downside to all this, is that we have bigger get than Europe. We need more 44 sizes

I love the product.the shoe loved was the V trail. 2.0, and that's no longer on the website. So I had to choose a different pair. I have syndactyly (webbed toes) maybe you can expand your market to people that have this condition it's not rare.

These shoes are amazing! I wear them for lifting weights at the gym and walking. Love these and won’t wear anything but them at the gym. Shipping was great, got my order within 3 days.
