I’ve rented from Viaggiare twice, and both times I was accused of causing damage to the car after returning it. In both cases, the claims were false.

After the first rental, I had to go through a credit card chargeback to get my money back. During my most recent rental, I was again accused of causing damage that was already present. Fortunately, I had taken photos at pickup that clearly show the alleged damage was not my responsibility.

At pickup, the staff showed no interest in the existing (and unrecorded) damage on the car. I was simply told to “take pictures,” but with so many marks and scratches, it’s easy to miss one and then get blamed.

Once might be a mistake. Twice feels like a pattern, and it seriously undermines trust in this company.

Ho noleggiato un’auto da Viaggiare due volte e in entrambe le occasioni sono stato accusato di aver causato danni al veicolo dopo la riconsegna. In entrambi i casi, le accuse erano infondate.

Dopo il primo noleggio, ho dovuto avviare una procedura di chargeback tramite la mia carta di credito per ottenere il rimborso. Durante l’ultimo noleggio, sono stato nuovamente accusato di un danno che era già presente. Per fortuna avevo scattato delle foto al momento del ritiro, che dimostrano chiaramente che il danno non era responsabilità mia.

Al banco, il personale non ha mostrato alcun interesse nel documentare i danni già presenti (e non registrati) sull’auto. Mi è stato semplicemente detto di “fare delle foto”, ma con così tanti segni e graffi preesistenti è facile che qualcosa sfugga e si venga poi accusati ingiustamente.

Una volta può essere un errore. Due volte fa sorgere seri dubbi sull’affidabilità di questa compagnia.

Tutto bene, procedura ritiro auto e riconsegna. Unico neo, avevo scelto una clio o similare e mi hanno dato una macchina "similare" marca mahindra un po imbarazzante

Auto nuova corrispondente alla richiesta effettuata in fase di prenotazione (non lo stesso modello ma della stessa categoria). Chiara la politica del carburante e facile la riconsegna al rientro.

Addebito danni "contestabile" - E' vero, nel contratto dicono "consigliamo fortemente di controllare... lo stato del veicolo... di controllare i danni pre-esistenti... ". Mi viene da pensare che se lo consigliano fortemente significa che una loro inadempienza/errore nella rilevazione dei danni pre-esistenti sia possibile. Quindi non è auspicabile fare come ho fatto, cioè fidarmi di loro, di quanti e quali danni il locatore ha indicato nel contratto, non fare foto o video dell'auto, ma partire sereno con la totale fiducia nel locatore. Al ritorno, guarda caso, la sorpresa: degli evidenti graffi nel cerchione anteriore destro (che io non ho causato, perchè mi sarei accorto se avessi raschiato una ruota su un marciapiede e sarei sceso a controllare). Non avendo fatto foto o video, non posso dimostrarlo. Ma neanche loro possono dimostrarlo perchè anche loro non hanno fatto foto e video al momento della consegna (… perché li deve fare il cliente e non loro?). Ma il locatore è irremovibile. Pagati sul posto € 240,00 di danni. CONSIGLIO: chi dovesse prendere a noleggio una Renault Twingo all’aeroporto di Verona controlli che nel contratto ci siano segnati e indicati, oltre ad alcuni danni carrozzeria e paraurti anteriore e posteriore, anche i raschi nel cerchione dx anteriore. Non sia mai che per una eventuale fortuita occasionale dimenticanza/inadempienza, tale danno ricada poi anche su ulteriori clienti. PECCATO. Mi dispiace, perchè fino a quel momento ero soddisfatto dell'Agenzia Viaggiare.

Mein Flug nach Verona war verspätet und meine Buchung wurde storniert. Der Servicemitarbeiter hat mir keine Alternative angeboten. Ich musste mir vor Ort eine Alternative suchen, habe fast 2 Stunden Zeit verloren und Mehrkosten von €300 gehabt. Für die automatisch stornierte Buchung musste ich zusätzlich €150 zahlen. Dieser Mietwagenanbieter ist das Letzte, was man sich wünschen kann. Vorsicht bei Buchungen! Null Service garantiert!

Dreadful service from this company. We were due to pick up a car from Verona Airport on the 5th July but when we arrived we were told we were 15 minutes over the alloted 1 hour time we had to collect the car, due to our flight being slightly late and the girl at the Viaggiare desk being out for a cigarette for at least 10 minutes, and our booking had expired. This girl was extremely rude and couldn't move onto the next customer quick enough. There was no attempt to show empathy towards us, despite the fact we had a young child with us. This was an appalling welcome to Italy and we will absolutely not book with this company again.

Non noleggiate assolutamente da loro ! Truffa totale ! …al ritiro dell’auto avevo fatto notare al personale che l’auto presentava dei piccolissimi graffi e mi era stato detto che non venivano segnalati perché lievissimi ! Alla consegna mi sono stati addebitati! Follia pura ! State lontani
