My visit was very enjoyable in the sense that the staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and directed me in the right direction. Customer service was second to none and made me feel a valued customer regardless of whether I was going to buy it not. The person who attended to me went as far as searching on the web site to see if something would meet my fancy. I went back again to the dealership reason being that the experience and service I got was very satisfactory

I had an excellent experience on the recent purchase of my new car from start to finish. The staff are always so friendly and helpful at this branch especially Roman who dealt with me on this occasion. His customer service was excellent and was always super friendly over the phone and in person. He helped me with any questions and always kept in contact throughout the stages of buying my car. Roman made the whole experience smooth and stress free and showed me everything I needed to know inside and outside of the car before driving away which was really helpful.

VW T-Roc Purchase
From the start to the finish of the process the dealership were fantastic. We went in initially to have a look at a T-Roc and Dan made us feel welcome, explained all we wanted to know and provided some great advice for what we might want to consider based on our requirements. Whilst he explained they didn't have the model in we were looking for he did emphasise they could bring it in from another dealership should we be interested. We didn't feel any pressure throughout the process.
We returned the following week as the dealership has the model we were looking for. Roman showed us around and explained some of the features of the car. He then facilitated a test drive where he explained more about some of the features. On returning to the garage he gave us space to decide whether it was right for us. Again there was no pressure and the experience gave us the confidence to commit to the purchase.
I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was the most relaxed and easy process I've ever gone through. I'd like to offer my thanks to the Lincoln dealership, specifically Roman and Dan for their no pressure sales, for making us feel at ease, and for providing a superb customer experience.
