Item i ordered arrived from Shenzhen. China. Had to pay customs duty on it. Poor quality and very overpriced. Will not recommend to buy this brand. It used to be different

Your 7 days return policy is a fraud, I was dissatisfied with the phone and I keep writing your colleague Nicole but nothing, pls dont lie on your website

Now with all the chat and correspondence, I am contacting with Madrid court for online scams

This company is a huge scam as the advertisements are pure lies..100k for a fakely golded parts?..neither the leather nor the fact that its handmade can justify that price..

My review refers to Vertu Seat McMullen Rd. Darlington.Car booked in for MOT and service 22/01 /26.MOT fail rear tyre ,accepted.second fail needs new rear brake discs and pads at a cost in excess of £300not accepted. Pointed out that this same garage had completed this job less than 2 years previous and car had covered under 8000 miles since By a shear stroke of magic brakes now only need cleaning at a saving of £200,I doubt that they even needed this.I indicated to service personnel that I wii never use this company again and would strongly recommend others to shear clear of what I can only describe as a disgraceful attempt to con clients into paying for work which is not required

I purchased 2 rings. I received them but non of them worked. Then I returned them with courier by my account because VERTU didn’t accept to pay the courier return. Now they received them and after more than one month they do not refund my money back and each time they say something.

Looks like my previous review of vertu car sales Derby has been ignored by the company, they said they would investigate my complaint, still waiting for the response.

Phones are overpriced ZTE made Android phones, the smart watch is most likely just a reskinned Huawei watch, the website is AI generated slop, and the former CEO had arrest warrants for him that were issued by Turkish officials. The website has competitors' devices that don't even exist (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 Ultra, they've now deleted the page with the fake devices due to obvious reasons). The speakers are worse than an iPhone 17 Pro Max even though they claim the phone is better overall on their social media channels. Not to even mention the giant bezels. They also falsely demonstrated the Agent Q's zoom by using a photo taken with a Canon EOS R6 that can be found on multiple sites such as Unsplash.

100% a scam.

During a test drive, we broke down. Back at the showroom I was reassured the car would be fixed and I would be updated regularly. Taylor Duggan and the manager both stated I have first refusal if I want to test drive the car once repaired, to which I agreed I would.

Taylor contacted me twice in the week by email with updates. I organised a loan and providing the test drive went well I planned to buy. Driving to the garage to test drive I rang but no one was free to answer my call.

At the garage Taylor informed me the car had been sold!! No conversation no messages and sold. I had driven 40 mins! Both Taylor and manager looked me in the face and lied stating that they phoned me. I spoke to nobody, there were no voice messages, text or emails.

They are untrustworthy, unreliable and their customer care I can safely say is very poor. If this is how they treat a customer pre sale, good luck if you buy and have problems. You’ve been warned! ( nurse and mum of 3)

Never bought a Hyundai car before and called in the Newcastle Silverlink garage off spec. We were greeted by Paul the Sales Manager or General Manager we suspect and he handed us over to a young Salesman Will.

We told Paul and Will will what we were looking for spec wise and we were directed to a Kona Ultimate ex demonstrator. Will showed us everything this car had to offer and it was exactly what we wanted in a car apart from the colour. Will was absolutely excellent and answered all our questions and was not overly pushy and listened to us all the way. Will even managed to get the price to our budget and gave us all the time in the world to contemplate during and after our test drive. Will was very reassuring to us of there after service and in fact the branch had just won a global award for customer service. The colour was the only thing holding us back and unfortunately it was something Will could not resolve for us but we believe if he could of he would of. We informed Will we would have to go home and think about it as parting with thousands of pounds is not something we would do on a whim. Will informed us he would call us on Monday as they were closed on Sundays which he did but we unfortunately missed the call. Unfortunately we bought the car from another garage due to the colour of the interior leather and we feel so guilty as Will really deserved the sale. What Will did was convince us to become a Hyundai customer and we look forward to getting our car and I hope Hyundai recognise what a brilliant member they have in there than in Will.

It took a while to receive me car ,& get all the paper work sorted but really happy with the service from the Vertul Nottingham Renault , I shell be going back in three years time to get a new Vehicle from them on my Retirement .

Totally garbage.Its literally just Dropshipped Plastic phones from some Chinese factory.They just re brand it and change the case to something that a poor person would assume looks High quality but its just trash.Basically its borderline illegal how expensive they sell you the same trash you get at every electronics shop for 10€.

We have just purchased our third car from Vertu Sheffield and cannot rate them highly enough. If we could give them 10 stars we would.
My husband was involved in a serious car accident a week ago, we rang the day after it and made an appointment to see Ross Flavell a couple of days later. When we met Ross, he was simply outstanding. He listened to us and really understood our needs and was incredibly empathetic to what we were going through following my husband's car accident that was not his fault and is being dealt with as a total loss write off non-fault.
We picked up our new car two days later, bringing us both huge peace of mind that once again we had a fabulous Toyota Yaris. We are convinced the quality of the car saved my husband's life or serious injury. Ross and the team at Vertu Sheffield really pulled out all the stops. Every single member of staff is a credit to the company and to Toyota.
It honestly does not feel like you are being given the hard sell - which has been our experience every time we have bought a car from this dealer. We were recommended by a colleague to go to them and have never been disappointed. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen.
The other thing that we found out when seeing Ross, is that we had taken GAP insurance out on our car that was a total loss write off. We had totally forgotten about it and Ross and his colleague reminded us of that, which has meant we were able to claim the amount back to the original amount we paid for the car, instead of the current market value. The GAP insurance is the best £379 we have ever spent and I would recommend all buyers of new cars consider it, because it's one of those insurances that you hope you never need, but then when you do, it can make all the difference financially after a bad car accident. Especially when that accident is not your fault.
Anyhow, I'm going on now, but if you are looking for a new car, consider a Toyota and consider going to see Ross and his colleagues at Vertu, Sheffield - you will not regret it.

I was kept up to date from walking in. And during my time there today. All the staff and management was very warming and polite.

During my time there. I was offered numerous times for a complimentary coffee.
Nothing to was much trouble..

The time I was there. Seemed to have passed. Quite quickly.

Vertu is indeed expensive, but it makes me look good when communicating with my business partners.
Moreover，I've gained one more friend.

I purchased an Iron Flip phone, and right after I made the payment, a friend informed me that the phone is nowhere near what Vertu used to be. I contacted the seller, Shyril, and explained my situation just one day after making the payment. She told me that she couldn't do anything and that I should wait because I would love the phone.

I waited, and guess what? While the design quality is superior, the operating system leaves much to be desired. If anyone is considering buying this phone for $3000, I am willing to sell it now. The Iron Flip with alligator leather seemed promising, but as soon as I turned it on, I realized something was wrong.

Worst phones ever so expensive and they just freeze do not waste your money on one customer service terrible. If they want to give me something as a good will gesture for there bad service then I may remove my review
