My order was placed online. The chair was delivered earlier than promised with the additional cushion I ordered. I left the chair in the hotel’s lobby and received an email that it was picked up. Everything went smoothly and I loved the drop off and pick up service.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Arranged to rent a scooter for my grandfather. They didn't deliver on Wednesday, the day we scheduled it to deliver. I emailed them the next day to inquire. They said the one I reserved came back broken so they were trying to arrange a different scooter. Well we needed it for Thursday so I told them to please cancel and please refund our pre payment. Since then no refund and they will not respond to my multiple emails requesting status of the refund. STAY AWAY.

Stay away! I am on holiday with my wife sister and mother who is disabled. My flight arrived late on September 2nd. They said they tried to contact me about delivery and my hotel. I received no calls and the hotel received no calls either. When you call VemRent you get hold music and then it hangs up. I got an email from them about coming on September 3rd a 9:22am. I emailed them back at 1:22 and said great please bring the scooter. They said they cannot today. I then called and spoke to Marcello. I explained my mother needs this to be mobile. He said he would call me back which never happened. He then emailed me hours later saying they cannot deliver the scooter until Monday which is two days away. Also they rented the scooter I paid for to someone else. We still have not received anything. This is terrible service. Buyer beware!!

The wheelchairs were reliable and helpful for my parents´ mobility around the streets of Rome. They can´t do long walks so these trusty wheelchairs from Vemrent made them comfortable and happy without them getting tired. Thank you very much, Vemrent for your rental service!

It’s the best, they are on time and nice people..

The wheelchair turned up 2 hours late and was rusty. I contacted customer services to explain and they put the phone down on me.

When asked for a refund I was told that I could keep the wheelchair for an additional two hours but this was not required.

Do not use this company!

Booked mobility scooter for 9 am didn’t arrive until 4pm. They claimed it arrived at 1.30, the hotel said they were willing to confirm it arrived at 4pm. Only had 1 full day in Rome so had no means of transport. Didn’t use the scooter at all and was offered 12€ compensation. I paid 80€ Totally disgusted with the whole experience. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Ho noleggiato un quadrilatore della compagnia Vemrent per il mio viaggio a Romedal 29 al 31 ottobre 2019. Il quadrilatore doveva avere 4 ruote. Quello consegnato aveva 3 ed era in cattive condizioni. Ho chiesto un rimborso completo e mi è stato offerto il 50% del prezzo pagato. Aspetto ancora il mio rimborso dal 30 ottobre

precisi e veloci. Ottimo servizio
