Easy to use. However, users submitting for Netherlands refund must follow the guide from Schipol instead the guide on this website (need to get/print a form for custom to stamp).

You’re right — Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is the only EU airport where it’s not mandatory to bring a tax-free form to customs. Your purchase receipt or invoice is sufficient to obtain export validation.

Deze partij weet waar ze het over hebben. Wij hebben er meerdere keren gebruik gemaakt en altijd meer teruggekregen dan van andere partijen. Als er problemen ontstaan is de helpdesk accuraat en vlot, let er wel op dat de concurrentie groot is en sommige winkels er baat bij hebben met een andere partij (GB) te werken omdat ze daar kickback van ontvangen. Vatfree is super fast, and no bank transactio fees were deducted (with their main competitor I get deducted transaction fees in addition to the service charge) and their responsiveness via email is second to none, friendly, and they clearly read the questions. I wish I could use them more, like in Spain

The only thing needed for VAT-refund: receipt with VAT from a Store with stamp at Customs. Done!
E.g. no other extra separate VAT paper forms to fill in and to send by post.

Process and experience was good. Commission rates are not. I was able to receive a refund of 110€ on a purchase with a VAT of 179€. It's still better than nothing but I think it's excessive.

I understand you the lowest but why do you feel you need to take any monies. It’s my money I paid the tax on and you’re taking my money.

Service is good . Payment is fast. Only issue is finding the shop name as I have to scroll through the list and sometimes the name and address is different. Like the same name is of different address block number on the Vatfree listing. Of the same address has a different shop name. In the end I went for shop name to submit

I noticed that the store name on your receipt is only a partial version of the full name as it’s registered in our shop list, which may have caused the confusion.
If you can’t find the correct store, you have the option to add it as a new store during the registration process. Rest assured, our team carefully reviews each claim and will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the store details match the purchase receipt.
