Thieve tested and approved!
Only had Van Vault slider for two weeks after a previous lesson!
Thieves broke into my van again last night and tried every method to break into the slider. Drilled lock etc but couldn’t get in. Best of all the key still works!

Van Vault Slider
The drawer front had a battering in transit, it didn’t stop the functionality so didn’t report it as desperately needed to get it fitted as going away to work in Birmingham for a week. The reason for the battering is not enough packing around the corners, maybe this could be addressed ? I’ve fitted the unit to my Hilux and bolted down, had to pack up from underneath though as draw edge was scrapping across the tailgate. There’s nothing supplied for this so used a 500mm x 10mm x 15mm of heavy plastic bar. This did the trick, the fixing holes are only reinforced on the first set of holes, as I put 4 bolts through some more reinforcements or heavy wide washers would have been useful. Once fitted loaded up with all my cordless tools and testers. Very happy with internal drawer space and security this unit gives me. So apart from the damage and lack of adjustment very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered new van bolt looks! They took the money and it was next day delivery! Didn't receive them and when I phoned they said they didn't have them and I have to wait two weeks for them to come in! They obviously forgot to tell me that but happily took my cash!
