Never ever buy this car. Total joke. Was a massive fan but had so many problems since day one. Joke company. If I could give a minus I would. The arrogance of the Head of Customer Care is shocking. Never ever ever buy tho car. Do not waste your money. Ever

The perfume smell is too strong it lingers in cups and glasses and leaves a nasty taste in drinks. Also very drying on the hands. Worst washing up liquid I have ever used. I threw it away. complete waste of money.

Unfortunately I had to listen to what the owner said and it wasn't good listening

This company should have purchased a business in Chelsea or anywhere elsewhere apart from its Manchester branch!!! Lies and incompetence…Hope it relocates with its American counterparts soon as!!!! 🔰 JIM CANT FIX IT

The products they serve are false advertised never deliver on their promises I don’t recommend buying any of their products

Firstly tried the roll on deodorant was great at first, then it stopped rolling, without applying pressure at the base. So thought would try the mist, it does not spray, took it back to Tesco they replaced with another which guess what does not spray!

Cleaning products are poor, dry your skin and badly made containers which is laughable as they make plastics. Very poor quality won't buy again.

Had nothing but issues with every one of their products I've bought.

Great products, smell lovely, but they are priced as a premium product and don't perform as such. Had particular issues with their deomist deodorants which stopped working from day 1. I bought 2 different varieties and both wouldn't dispende the product. Contacted Ineos and they took over a week to respond - their advice was to dismantle the product and soak the pump in hot water. Firstly, consumers shouldn't have to do that, secondly, it worked for 2 days then stopped again. I now have 2 almost full bottles of the stuff I can't use, (without going through the hassle of dismantling etc).

I decided to buy 2 cans of their normal deodorant - what a mistake! Both cans pull the dispensing cap off when you remove the cover, meaning I can only use the spray if I manually separate the cap and dispensing mechanism.

I won't be wasting my money on this stuff again.

This Geranium and Birch laundry liquid doesn’t cause me an allergic reaction; it is a lovely smell, without being overpowering. It cleans my laundry well. I am happy to have discovered it.

Broken deodorant spray. Extremely poor quality and highly priced compared to it's competitors

Avoid at all costs

INEOS Next Gen Multi-Room Cleaner with Bergamot + Cedarwood. I got this product from Tesco's, mostly because it says on the label that the bottle is refillable and refills are available. I like the product, it works as well as you would expect and have enjoyed the scent but when I tried to get hold of the refill, nothing! I contacted their customer service and a few days they replied that the refills are not yet available and I should keep an eye on social media because that is where they will announce when a refill is available! This is ridiculous, I'm sure they should not be allowed to claim on the label that they have refills for a product when no refill is actually available. The refill was the main reason I tried the product so I won't be buying again. As if I have the time to 'keep an eye on social media' for an announcement on refills! Not impressed...

I have seen and used other products.
And as with the Ineos Grenadier, I feel the product is setting different standards,not new but different.
As far as smell and cleaning I have no issues with these features, just an excellent product.
The scent choices are radical not everyone's choice but for me I love the different was the approach has added some zip to the competition.

I just love this product and just keep using it

When I saw these products in my supermarket obviously on a half price introductory offer and read all the nice things they say about themselves on the back of the containers I had to try them. Wish I hadn't. I am still waiting for the shower cream to give me that beautiful aroma of mint, the antiperspirant too. The washing up liquid - no smell and was so ineffective it was gone in under a week. Handwash, no smell and the handpump was useless so we have to squeeze it out of the container and it is very drying on the hands. Basically there is no smell in any of the products. I'm glad I didn't buy these at the full price which is expensive. Looking at Ineos' website there is no means of giving reviews and it looks like they don't want to interact with their customers, how sad is that.

Bought their box of 100 washes washing liquid. Again issues with the tap to disburse the liquid which appeared have fully stopped dripping use but obviously had not as when I picked up the box the following morning the bottom broke as it was wet from the liquid. The liquid bag then broke all over my floor. From a box of 100 washes I will be lucky to achieve 15.

I'm very disappointed with the design of this even through the product is pretty good.

However I will not be repurchasing any ineos products again until I actually get a response from their customer services as it not possible to speak to someone as they don't bother to return voicemails which they ask you to leave, nor do they respond to emails.

This is shocking customer service and until it improves I would not recommend anyone to purchase their products. I hope that this finally illicits some sort of response from their customer services

I just want 🐀Cliffe out of united!!! He's the reason why United are where they are,he's a diluded 70+year old fool who still lives in the 60's!!! He's utter poison, just like his chemical company....what he has done has affected everyone at United,he's a dictator,and basically just wants a good slapping!!! If I was a world class player, there is no way in hell,that i would want to play for United, and I've been a fan of United for 40+ years...
