Never received item when I chased this up they couldn’t find my order , after sending copy of order they said the item was now out of stock and would return my money , no apologies very poor service

Really needed these to fit the Tube on the New Van as I bent the others, Only annoyance was came in a Ripped jiffy bag! poor packaging, but could well be down to Delivery Driver!

Disgraceful Service
I was promised my order in 48hrs from my order date. I have received no product or any information from van vault. It’s been two weeks and my emails and calls have been ignored. The service is nothing short of disgraceful. Do not order from Van Vault.

Website is easy to navigate, found what I was looking for straightaway. Placing the order was straightforward, confirmation and progress emails, fast and effect delivery, couldn't ask for anything more. Very happy with the castor set for my Van Vault 2.

I ordered a van vault xl - paid for it .
Then got told they didn’t have one.
Van vault didn’t have a van vault in stock ???!!! Couldn’t write it.
Asked for a refund.
Nothing happened for over a week. Then had to chase them. Still waiting for money to be returned.
