I bought my boyfriend some vacay shorts and he loves them so much!! Customer service was great and can’t wait to shop here again!!

Purchased my partner some shorts from here and he absolutely loves them! The shipping was very quick and the quality is amazing. Will definitely be buying myself a bikini for summer from here!!!

I like my Vacay boardies. I wear them in a spa most days and they dont fade. Deep pockets are very good, easily holds a large phone can run/swim without fear of falling out.
Slick website and very good fulfilment. Impressive.

I ordered some swim suits and the package never arrived. After about three weeks I checked the tracking and the package went from Australia to California (where I live), then back to Australia. No delivery was attempted at my address. I paid for “shipping protection” when I ordered, which I thought would protect me in shipping mishaps. I was wrong. The company was not willing to send a replacement—they wanted the returned package recorded in their warehouse first. I waited another week before I had enough delay. I asked for a refund, which they issued, but minus the shipping protection fee I paid for. Ridiculous. It’s not anbout the small shipping protection fee. Any other company would have tried to make this right and keep a customer by shipping out a replacement at first confirmation the package was mishandled in shipping. The worst customer service I’ve encountered in years.

ATTENTION: DO NOT BUY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
I ordered one of their bikinis (and paid it) in April. We are now in July and the package never arrived. I asked for a refund and didn't obtain it, the company keeps stating that the fault should be given to the carrier, since the package seems blocked at border control (in Italy) due to a strike. It's a lie, since I received another package from the same carrier and called them to ask about the situation. I messaged the company vacay Swimwear multiple times and they didn't resolve the issue nor offered a refund in any way.
Please consider not buying from this company if you live in Europe!

I love this brand, the quality and fit are so flattering. I had to buy a second pair, even some shorts for my boyfriend. They were even lovely enough to exchange the shorts to a larger size for me before shipping them out. Will be recommending to all my friends and family ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful swimwear, the quality is great and the pattern is beautiful. I got the black and white polka dot bikinis and am so excited for a chance to wear them. Sizing is good too, fairly standard so take your normal size.

The shape is super flattering and unique

I would give this company a "0" After about 2 months i received an order and it wasn't even close to what I ordered. They say according to their records it is what I ordered. I ordered a one piece suit with long cover up in a large they sent me x small one piece with mini cover up skirt. It was't even close to what I ordered. I took a picture of my order. They said if I keep the suit, they will send me $2 for compensation. I told them I can't wear it nor do I even like it. Made very cheaply. They said I would have to pay to ship back, I told them alright and to send me shipping instructions. They said they will compensate me $4 if I keep the suit. Since then I have not heard back.

The most amazing bikinis, such great quality and the fit is perfect!

Simple reason: my pack never arrived (mind you, i did my order in March, it’s June and i still havent received NOTHING)

Also, tried to reach out to customer cure and, again, nothing.

Truly disappointing

I placed my first order one week ago. It was dispatched from Australia the following day, received in the UK exactly one week ago and the bikini is absolutely beautiful. The quality, cut, shape, absolutely brilliant...I couldn't fault anything about Vacay Swimwear. The trouble now is that I want to purchase their entire website!

I think the company is awesome overall. The shipping was fast and as a Canadian it’s so nice finding a company based outside of the US to give business to.

I am not plus sized but I’m also not a size 0, it would have been nice seeing a bit bigger models on the website to see how different looks fit. I have 275 ml implants and bought a medium and was spilling out of it, so I would definitely say the Rhodes run small. At least if you want a smidge of modesty. I don’t want full coverage, but I was a bend over a way from a nip slip.

You will absorb cost for returns so I’d say order different sizes if you aren’t sure and return the ones that don’t fit.

Honestly though I plan to use them again just bigger because they are great quality and love that they are based in Aus and open to feedback.
