The bikini undies were very itty bitty…
The bikini undies were very itty bitty and do not feel comfortable or confident to wear them out in public. One wrong slip and the whole hoohar is out on show. Went to return them but missed the window by one day. Really wish the website showcased different sized models and poses wearing the Positano bottom because I would never have bought them if I could see how tiny they are at the front

I’ve purchased one bikini and the quality is good but as expected for the price. I found the sizing off (I’m normally a small in everything, but I got a small in one of the tops and it is way too small for me). The customer service is very good though so overall I am very happy

I recently ordered a suit from Vacay and was so surprised at the quality of the fabric! It was so soft. Their customer service team is incredible. They helped me with choosing my right size and even immediately sent me a replacement when my top was slightly damaged! Found my new favorite swim brand!!

Items in transit for over 5 weeks and customer service will not ship replacement or issue refund
I ordered 2 pairs of swim shorts from the USA. Website says shipping takes 5 days. The tracking number states the item has gone from AUS to the USA back and forth a total of 2 times over 5 weeks. Currently, the package is in AUS. After sending three emails, customer service said I should be patient, and they are unable to issue a refund or replacement shipment. Will never order from them again. Terrible shipping, terrible customer service!

I have bought numerous bikinis from Vacay Swimwear and I absolutely love them all. I wore them on our trip to Europe and have just purchased another. However mistakenly I ordered the wrong item and upon contacting them they were SO helpful and prompt! The Rhodes bikini 🔥🤌🏽 Would absolutely recommend.

Scammers
Scammers! If the package gets lost/ delivered they won’t take accountability and they will just take your money. There are more reputable stores that you can order from and this isn’t one of them. Avoid at all cost.
