I experienced great customer support with both Danicca and Dior, the bikini that I ordered was more see through than expected and after emailing them advising them of the issue I experienced, they were very gracious and lovely in their responses. Now, I am getting a new bikini sent to me!

Vacay is so so comfy and doesn’t fade nor stretch. Not to mention the on going designs that cover everyone no matter your vibe or style. Would definitely recommend!!

The fabric quality was actually fine, and the shorts seem well made. However, the colour is completely different to what’s shown in the product images.

Online, the blue appears much lighter and brighter. In person, it’s noticeably darker and not the same tone at all - which completely changes the aesthetic. That was the main reason I purchased them, so it was really disappointing when they arrived.

Sizing also runs small, so I would recommend sizing up.

Overall, the biggest issue is that the product photos are misleading in terms of colour. I wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known the true shade.

Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive in Melbourne AUS, not one bit of communication as to why the entire time until I reached out to the “customer care team”… was told, due to some items in my order were awaiting restock they couldn’t send it.
Why would you not send the parts ready rather than hold the entire order? Why not explain that to a customer rather waiting for them to reach out? How could I purchase something out of stock?

After all this, the shipment came after I’d already left for holidays. Came back to the tops too small, attempted to return when the message was “your return window has expired” 30 days after purchase…. Given it took them longer to ship the parcel.

Reached out to “customer care again” and was told they’d make an exception for me… for a store credit that I have to pay the return then obviously pay the shipping back to me again.

Unbelievable “customer care” knowing where this label started from.

I recently ordered from them for the first time. I loved the suits that I got, unfortunately there was a minor mix up with style sent HOWEVER, I got a response immediately and the they were able to fix it for me with no stress at all. I will be buying from them again!

I had a really positive experience with the customer service at Vacay swimwear. The quality of my items was great, but I had some struggles with sizing, and the customer service team responded promptly, provided a solution I was happy with, and corrected the issue right away. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will be ordering from them again! Highly recommend this company!

I wish I had come across the reviews before making my purchase. I’ve been reaching out multiple times, as my tracking shows the package has been in Los Angeles for over a week with no updates.

After reading these reviews, I’m honestly concerned that the package may not have even made it to the U.S. yet, which has been very disappointing.

Even if I do eventually receive my order, I don’t see myself ordering from this website again. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had…

Had a few questions re some social media discount, they got straight back to me and helped me sort it straight away, amended the order and was very helpful. They have the best men swim wear always get comments on how they look, classy fashion for the beach and causal wear.

I purchased 2 pairs of linen shorts for my partner during Black Friday sales, when they arrived he tried them on straight away and they were too small. I immediately went online to organise an exchange for a larger size. However because they did not have the next size up available in that colour, and because Black Friday sale had ended they did not offer an exchange. I returned two pairs of shorts and only got one in return for the same price. (The same shorts just a different colour) The shorts arrived and for $95 + postage - they do not feel like nice quality linen shorts, the pockets wrap around to the front so your phone/keys etc sit at the front of your thigh and they aren’t a very nice fit.

Customer service is fantastic. I had to exchange a swimmer bottom and the process was so easy, and the ladies were lovely. Thanks a tonne xx

Ordered some men’s shorts for my husband which he absolutely loves, he wears them casually, not just for swimming…. So I then purchased the Terry Polo to wear with shorts. He loved it so much he purchased other colours also.
Great quality product and very easy process to order.

Got a pair of Bikinis from here for Christmas and i haven't taken them off all summer. They are so flattering, im obsessed to say the least!
