I never get my purchase, if you bougth from other country it never arrived

I had an issue with my PayPal account when process payment. I emailed the team at vacay swim. Even though it wasn’t an issue with them directly, they offered options for solution to ensure I was still able to get my items. The customer service provided by the team was above and beyond. Can’t wait to receive my togs!

Love the quality of the bikinis and great customer service too. I will make sure to purchase more after my vacation.

Great customer service, my item arrived with a tear in it and they were so gracious to provide me with a replacement free of charge. They respond quickly to emails and the quality of the products is amazing, despite having a tear. It was more like missing stitched. The swimwear is super thick and comfortable and fits really well.

Disappointing customer service. Not only did the online portal give me an hard time to cancel an order once the order was placed but then when I emailed customer service about it within the 4 hour window, received a response a day late to inform me it was “too late” and that it’s now been dispatched. Understandable. But then I had to follow up and ask for clarification on the returns process and asked if I could refuse delivery or exchange an item. Instead of a response from a human, I received what appears to be a robotic copy and paste response providing the returns page link to review the returns process and not answering any of the questions I asked for clarification on.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I placed an order worth over €180, and I still have not received my items since April 2026 today it is already 08.th July. The tracking now even suggests that the parcel was returned, despite my shipping address being correct and someone always being available at my home to receive deliveries.

What is even more frustrating is the customer service. I have contacted them countless times over the past weeks, asking for help and updates. Instead of resolving the issue, I have either received generic responses or have simply been ignored. It feels like no one is actually interested in helping their customers.

Paying over €180 and receiving neither the products nor proper customer support is completely unacceptable.

I am now demanding an immediate full refund. If Vacay continues to ignore my emails and refuses to resolve this situation, I will continue escalating the matter through my Credit Card Law Ensurance, consumer protection authorities, and any other appropriate channels.

I expect an immediate response and my money back.

The size of the bottoms I bought for my bach didn't fit. I was scrambling to figure out what to do because it's coming up soon. I reached out to Vacay and asked them if they can ensure my order was shipped out immediately giving me the best chance of receiving my order within the next week. They made it happen! They packed and dispatched my order the next day. Praying it gets here in time, but it definitely wouldn't have if not for their great customer service. Thank you so much!

On top of that, the bikinis are amazing quality and I can't wait to buy more.

A company that will not refund you at all, when the clothing isn’t suited to your body, returning unworn, tags on and having to spend another £20 to return on top is outrageous, I don’t recommend this brand!

The customer service is amazing, they are so friendly and accommodating!! The items are nicely made and seem high quality! My only advice is to size up! Other than that, great!

BEST QUALITY

I ordered 3 swimsuits in February. I came to the site through Instagram and didn't know about it before, I'm used to buying swimsuits for really high amounts. I ordered because it looked good but I didn't really expect to like it because I'm very critical about swimsuits. They arrived and I was shocked by the high quality, especially since in my opinion the prices are very fair and I'm used to paying double for swimsuits. Everything is accurate on the body, the cut of the bottoms is very flattering. I'm really strict in my opinions with swimsuits because I think not every swimsuit fits well on the body and therefore I really think it's something you should invest money in. But here the prices are really fair! In addition to that, the customer service is amazing, from the beginning to the end when I needed them regarding the order they helped me. In short, I really recommend buying because it's a shopping experience in my opinion, top-notch style, perfect fabrics and good service!!!! This is becoming my new site for ordering swimsuits! ✨✨🤍

Hey there! Just a simple suggestion here! I absolutely LOVE all of your pieces. I really do. The colours and the variety is endless. However, it would be really nice if you had SOME bikini bottoms that had a standard shape without the gstring look. I love wearing bikinis and would love to purchase your brand if you would cater for us who DO wear the normal bottoms! That's all!
