Great customer service. Pamela replied to me super quickly and was very helpful with my returns and the gift card.

customer service was 10/10, attentive and satisfied with service provided.

I paid for express post a week ago and still haven’t received it nor is there any tracking to suggest it’s been picked up. Auspost have advised they dont have it and have referred me back to sender. Very disappointing experience so far.

I can’t believe for an online only store, you have to pay for your own exchanges. And if something is no longer on sale you can’t do a straight swap, you have to pay the difference. Terrible

Customer service was amazing, all so kind especially the wonderful Pamela! I had an issue with my return and she made sure the process was easy. She was very quick with responding so close to Christmas which was great aswell. I would say though the sizing does run smaller but they do mention that on the website. I purchased an item for a family member for Christmas that was too small. Their return policy states within 14 days return from the date the item was received. I sent an email requesting a store credit as I was 8 days late considering it was a Christmas gift but due to their understanding and prompt response I was actually able to still receive a store credit on my purchase. This was my very first purchase and I am very happy with the outcome and the companies efficiency. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best fitting bathers I own. They sit comfortably, don’t dig in or have itchy tags, and look gorgeous too. Cant wait to purchase a second pair!! Love u Vacay🫶🏼

Terrible customer service. If you exchange for a new size you get charged $70. The customer service email doesn’t help.

Sizing was definitely on the smaller size but the fit and cut of the Rhodes bikini I purchased is gorgeous.

They were very prompt with responding to customer service emails whilst providing effective and efficient solutions!

It has taken almost two weeks for them to even send out my item. We have far exceeded the total shipping timeframe they promised. I attempted to contact their company after a week with no updates or progress and was given an automatic response and never reached out to by them. No communication, they send their products on whatever timeframe suits them. Will never shop here again.

Vacay Swimwear offers a unique blend of swimwear shorts. I purchased a few from them and have received excellent customer service during the delayed shipping times. Nice styles, however my wife ordered her usual size (S) and had to swap it for the (L). Other than that, the bikini itself was nice.

Worst company terrible quality, even worse sizing chart, customer service is of no help. I got terribly made bottoms with extra fabric, they insist that’s how they’re meant to be even though they look ridiculous. The top is too small in the cups and the band is too loose. I’m an xs in other brands on bottom and a s on top in their brand I’m a large in the bottoms somehow and the top fits terribly. They want you to pay for return yourself and don’t give you the option for a refund only a replacement of their terrible product. If I could give them minus stars I would. Avoid x
