Man muss bei Widerruf des Kaufes, das Paket auf eigene Rechnung zurück senden und die Kosten sind ein vielfaches dessen, was man an Versandkosten beim Kauf tragen muss. Der von uns gekaufte Artikel sollte für über 20 Euro nach China zurück geschickt werden?????

Na heel lang wachten (langer dan voorgesteld online) komen de speelgoedpoppetjes eindelijk toe.
Bij het kijken door de plastic verpakking zien we al direct dat er gebroken stukjes in het zakje zitten.
Bij openen van de verpakking wordt dit ook bevestigd.
Verschillende poppetjes zijn gewoon volledig verbrokkeld. Slechte kwaliteit? Slecht ingepakt voor vervoer? Combinatie van beide waarschijnlijk... Dit is niet hoe je een pakketje verwacht...

vi er kede af at læse, at din oplevelse ikke har været tilfredsstillende, og vi forstår din frustration.
For at præcisere forløbet:
Ordren blev oprettet den 05/12 og blev afsendt af sælgeren den 17/12, hvilket er inden for den behandlingstid, som sælgeren har. Efterfølgende blev forsendelsen håndteret af transportøren og har siden 31/12 været klar til afhentning, da levering til adressen ikke kunne gennemføres.
UZO fungerer som en marketplace, hvor selve afsendelse og levering varetages af de enkelte sælgere i samarbejde med transportører. Når der opstår komplikationer under leveringen, forsøger vi altid at hjælpe og give klare oplysninger om den videre proces.
Vi beklager oprigtigt, at oplevelsen ikke levede op til dine forventninger, og vi tager din feedback alvorligt.
