Customer support take forever to answer on top of that however, you have rules there is rules that it will surprise you when you’re gonna do your payout specially when you’re gonna do the payout, you will see a lot of charges fee for I don’t know what and another fee for I don’t know what Andrew ended taking the minimum of your payout and in my certificate, it says the amount but where I’m receiving less than that as an example $580 what I supposed to receive and I’m receiving $550 so I don’t think so. They’re really honest platform as they should.

Don't losing your time with those scamers.. they block my payouts for a post on.. Uzo Review
Good trading environment and very responsive customer service
I’ve had a good overall experience with UZO so far.
The trading environment has been reliable and works well with my trading strategy. The website updates quickly, and the dashboard is one of the best I’ve used — clean, fast and easy to navigate.
One thing that really stood out during my first payout was the speed of the review process. My account was reviewed quickly and the funds became available for withdrawal very shortly afterwards. That part of the experience was excellent.
There were two areas where I had some concerns.
The first was the withdrawal fees. I initially used crypto and found the total deductions quite high relative to the size of the payout. UZO advised me to try a bank withdrawal for future payouts, as this may provide a more reasonable option. I’ll be using that route next time where possible.
The second was a tick-scalping flag on two very short-duration XAUUSD trades. My concern was that, with XAUUSD, volatility can sometimes cause a position to reach its intended SL or TP very quickly, even when this isn’t the trading strategy being used. I raised this with UZO, and while the existing decision could not be changed, I was given a clear explanation of the current approach and was advised to be more careful with very short-duration trades going forward. My feedback regarding XAUUSD volatility and isolated short-duration trades was also taken on board for internal consideration.
I particularly appreciated the way Matej from UZO handled the conversation. He reached out personally, listened to the concerns, explained the limitations clearly and focused on finding practical ways to make the future experience better rather than simply referring me back to the rules.
Overall, there are still areas I’d like to see improved, particularly around withdrawal costs and flexibility around very short-duration trades. However, the platform itself, dashboard, payout review speed and the level of personal customer support have been positive.
4/5 so far. I’m continuing with UZO and will see how the experience develops with future payouts.

Desde el primer contacto, la atención al cliente ha sido sobresaliente y su nivel de seriedad es intachable. Cumplen con los pagos y los parámetros de evaluación exactamente como lo estipulan en sus términos, sin letra pequeña ni trabas ocultas.
Sin embargo, considero necesario hacer una distinción importante en esta reseña, dirigida especialmente a los operadores novatos o a aquellos que vienen de un bróker tradicional: el ecosistema de las prop firms exige un entendimiento técnico profundo de las mecánicas de ejecución y de los horarios de mercado.
Es muy común ver a traders quejándose de que la empresa "les ha cerrado la cuenta injustamente", cuando la realidad técnica es otra. Muchos operadores no comprenden cómo funciona el cálculo del "día de trading" (basado en el horario del servidor de la prop firm, no en tu horario local). Un trader que abre o mantiene operaciones durante la madrugada (horario de transición entre sesiones) y las mantiene hasta la mañana siguiente, a menudo asume que es un "nuevo día" cuando, para los servidores de la firma, sigue siendo el mismo ciclo de 24 horas.
Cuando estas operaciones generan una pérdida y el operador viola la regla de Pérdida Máxima Diaria (Daily Drawdown), el error no es de UZO, sino del desconocimiento del trader sobre la gestión del riesgo en horarios de rollover y el reseteo de sesiones. UZO simplemente aplica sus reglas de forma automática y estricta.
Las prop firms no son la lotería; son evaluadoras de talento y gestión de riesgo. Si no entiendes los horarios de corte, la gestión del tamaño de la posición y el estricto cumplimiento del Stop Loss, el mercado te expulsará de cualquier empresa de fondeo.
En resumen: UZO es una empresa altamente recomendable (100%) para traders que saben lo que hacen, que leen las reglas antes de operar y que asumen la responsabilidad de sus propias violaciones de riesgo. Si buscas seriedad, transparencia y un cumplimiento riguroso de las normas, UZO es una de las mejores opciones del mercado actual. Para los que buscan culpar a la plataforma de su propia falta de disciplina operativa, esta no es la empresa adecuada.

Good experience so far
I recently purchased a 10K Instant account with UZO and my experience has been positive so far. The platform and dashboard are easy to use, and the trading conditions and account rules are clearly displayed.
I also had an issue with my account/email at the beginning, and the support team helped me resolve it and transfer everything to the correct verified profile.
I’m currently trading the account and haven’t requested my first payout yet, so I can’t comment on the payout process at this stage. I’ll update my review once I have more experience with that.
So far, everything has been smooth and I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the experience goes.
