@Osim are scam artists! Bought their $8k "massage chair", piece of junk broke in a month. Their joke "support" is 1 repair guy for whole US who's been MIA over a month! $8k wasted on this dud that's now just gathering dust. Don't get conned by these thieves selling faulty crap with no service! I'm furious!!

Attentive and prompt service when we came to buy a Smart DIY massage chair from the Richmond location.

Went to the Burnaby bc location at Metrotown to try a calf massager. Derek was working there and although he was already helping another customer, took the time to get me started with a demo. My wife and I ended up spending at least an hour in store while Derek patiently answered all our questions. At the end of the day, we ended up leaving with both a calf massager and portable back massager. We are very happy with our purchase experience and would recommend Derek and Osim to those considering massage products.

My husband purchased the UDiva chair for my 50th birthday in July 2023. It arrived broken. The rollers didn’t work. It took three weeks to get it fixed. I used it 6 times and the rollers are off track again. We called for a repair 8/21 and we still haven’t heard back. It is September 1.

This chair continues to be on sale. Now you know why. It’s horrible. We were told we can return/exchange in 30 days but when my husband saw receipt, it stayed final sale no return..
