Bought direct and said I had 30 days to return.
They set me up on a monthly shipment. Shipped 6 bottles every month. ONE Bottle is all you need for a Month.
I have a year supply (2 shipments) I returned the 3rd shipment the day after I received it and They will not refund my money.

I bought the six bottles because they had a great special, but the girl who took my order told me that the price on the site was a mistake on their end. I told her that was false advertising because when I added the six bottles, it was one price, but when I was going to check out, the price was much higher. So I called, and they said we should honor the price. I placed the order, and the girl who took my order didnt write my full adress, and the bottles couldn't be delivered. I found it suspicious that this happened as if it was intentional to miss one number.

Your product is excellent, this was my third order, but your order-taker today had the personality of an old dishrag. Even after I told her twice I was hard of hearing I still had difficulty doing so and she made no effort to help. She gave the impression she would be glad to end our conversation.

I haven't lowery blood sugar yet. My A1C is elevated and I'm trying to not take Rybelsus for diabetes. I am staying on this for another month to see if it helps. If not, I won't buy again.
