STAY AWAY! OVERPRICED CHAIR WITH VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought the uLove2S on 2022 and been enjoying for 3 years until it went bad. The remote got glitchy and when I start the massage, it would stop right after and show error code 15.

I contacted support couple times but no one picked up the phone. I sent an email and no one responded for weeks. I called numerous times at random during their office hours, and one day miraculously someone responded the phone. After the call, we had few follow ups where I sent video recordings of the problem, and again, I couldn't get any response. I had to call numerous times for several days, hoping someone would pick it up.

Overall, it took me 1 month to get a proposed resolution. And the guy who I talked all along (Jack) told me it was a remote cord problem. I then mentioned about code 15, and then he goes "Oh, it's also the massage module problem". What a joke.

He sent me the invoice of the parts needed, and it was a remote cable and backrest kneading roller. With labor, the whole thing cost $720. I paid $7000 for the massage chair and the repair cost ~10% of the chair. Given by the way he responded and how expensive the repair was going to be, I got skeptical and did some research.

First, the remote control is working fine, it's just slow. That means it's a software issue and not a cord issue. I don't know what a retractable cable would do to help.

Second, code 15 shows to be an overheating issue on uDivine per their manual. I assume the code number represents the same thing across different models. In that case, I am sure that the massage chair is not overheating, because the same error would show up even when it was not in use for a long time. So again, I assume this is a software glitch rather than a hardware problem.

For a $700 charge, I doubt that they will fix the problem. Furthermore, I have strong doubts whether they know what the problem is. I don't mind the chair having problems (all machines do), but this kind of service is totally unacceptable. Not only was it nearly impossible to get them to respond, but they are charging ridiculously prices on completely unrelated things. I guess their service goes along with their product (overpriced, malfunctional).

Literally scamming you

Literally scamming you. Bought the chair at the gamescom and everything was fine. Then unfortunately my power cable for the massage function broke. So I mailed them to find out which one I need to buy. Its an exclusive osim cable which can be only bought from osim. Ok, then I wanted to have the link to purchase it online. YOU CANT. YOURE LITERALLY SUPPOSED TO FLY TO THEIR HQ TO BUY A POWER CABLE!!!!! I'm not kidding, this is exactly what they told me. Can only recommend to all of you to stay as far away as possible from this company!!! Because if only the smallest thing breaks, it gets completey useless for you. Unless you live in Singapore and can buy the accessory from their HQ.

Your review suggests that OSIM refused to assist unless you “fly to Singapore,” which is not accurate. The issue is not unwillingness to help, but rather that OSIM North America cannot supply or ship parts outside our designated service region. Since you are located in Germany, all product support—including replacement power accessories—must be handled by OSIM Europe or OSIM Singapore, depending on where the product was sold.

To clarify:
• You were not asked to travel; you were redirected to the correct service region.
• Electrical accessories cannot be shipped internationally due to safety regulations, certification requirements, and regional voltage standards.
• Your unit was purchased at Gamescom 2022, which falls under OSIM Europe’s jurisdiction, not North America.

We understand the inconvenience of needing a region-specific part and acknowledge that your request for cable specifications was reasonable. While we cannot override global service boundaries, please refer to OSIM Singapore for additional support.

I bought OSIM youlove3 massage chair…

I bought OSIM youlove3 massage chair for only 8 months, now the chair have problem and didn't work, i called the service department......very very very bad service, the service guy asked the problem and said would tell the technician and schedule an appointment for me, i waited 3 days no one called, kept calling/went to the store complaining, foe 4 days, the service guy called me, he didn't come to have a look and said the massage chair had problems on the "foot" part, and waiting for the parts (which would take 14 days for getting the parts, ridiculous...14 days for parts), after getting part would call me again, now i still waiting for their call. What a "GARBAGE" chair, only 8 months it broke, and NO SERVICE.

False promises and lack of accountability

I purchased a massage chair from the OSIM store in October 2024, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The store assured me that they would haul away my old massage chair when the new one was delivered. However, when the delivery driver arrived, they claimed they had no instructions to pick up the old chair.

I immediately called the store, and they said they were too busy that day but promised to send someone to pick it up later. It has now been two months, and despite calling the store every two weeks to follow up, my old massage chair is still sitting in my living room, blocking our walkway and causing a major inconvenience.

The worst part is that the store has now started ignoring my calls altogether. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from OSIM, beware of false promises and lack of accountability.

I regret purchasing the Osim Udream Pro…

I regret purchasing the Osim Udream Pro massage chair without thoroughly reviewing it. Despite its high price of around $10,000, the quality is very poor. I’ve had it for 6 months and faced Bluetooth issues three times, with two requiring part replacements. Shockingly, the first replacement lasted less than a month. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful when I escalated the issue. This chair is a waste of money for something marketed as a luxury product

Bought the ulove3

Bought the ulove3, back to July 2024, two month later ,the massage chair show error code 6, need to be replace some major parts inside, called and emailed the customer care, take two month for them to send some one come to replace the part , 5 hours later , after replace error code 6 is gone, but error code 22 show up. Two month went by. Bad customer service and support.
