Breo is an excellent company. I have been using their products for over 4 years. My first purchase (a head massager) was smooth and seamless-- and before I pulled the trigger on the order they were super helpful in answering my myriad questions in a clear and timely manner.
More recently, I had a wear and tear issue with one of their products. They were prompt in getting it resolved for me, even though they were not obligated to help. These people really care about their customers!

I’m shocked to see any positive reviews here. The company states a 30 day return policy, but you have to dig into it to see that actually you only have 7 days from delivery to return the product. After that, you bear the burden of shipping costs. Then, when you reach out to the company for an RMA, they start to do that thing of “what if we gave you $50 and you kept it? Oh, no? Well, what if we gave you $95 and you kept it?“ When you say no to all that, then you finally receive the address to return it to. However, this return comes with a bunch of “requirements“: send the company the tracking number when you ship it, if the box shows any kind of damage incur a $30 packaging fee, ensure the product is completely clean or they reserve the right to reject the return, and then – this one was the funniest part – follow up with them after the package is delivered back to them to remind them to refund you! Absolute scam customer service… in addition to the product itself is terrible. My daughter and I both tried it and felt almost nothing. I really do not understand anybody giving this a positive review and strongly recommend against buying it with any notion that you can return it.

Customer service is responsive and professional. Unfortunately the product didn't work well for me due to scalp sensitivity but customer service was able offer a refund. Highly recommend this company since they have confidence in thier product and stand behind thier refund policies.

I’ve been using the Breo iPalm 520e for a little over a month now, and it’s honestly been a game changer for my hands. I type all day for work, and by the end of the day, my fingers and palms usually feel stiff and sore. This device has become part of my evening wind-down routine.
What I love:
The air pressure massage feels amazing—almost like a rhythmic squeeze and release that really loosens up tension.
The heat function is super soothing, especially on cold mornings or when my joints feel tight.
It's very easy to use. Just slip your hand in, press a button, and relax.
It’s also cordless, which I love. I just charge it every few days and keep it on my coffee table.
I like that you can adjust the intensity—when I started, I stuck with the lowest setting because the pressure was stronger than I expected. But now I use the medium one and it’s perfect.
A couple of small things:
There’s no display showing what pressure or heat level you’re on, which would be nice.
You do have to reposition your hand sometimes to get the pressure in the right spots, especially if you have smaller hands like mine.
But overall, this thing really works. My hands feel more relaxed and less achy. I even notice that I sleep better after using it. Totally worth the money if you deal with hand pain, arthritis, or just want a really good hand massage at home.

It's painful and very loud, making it far from relaxing. I reached out to the company for a return slip, but they keep responding with discount offers instead. Now they say I have to wait three weeks for the return slip. Since the return policy is only 30 days, that would mean I'd miss the deadline to get my refund. This company feels like a scam!
