My experience was great, both in terms of the selection of products, which are suitable for me, and the usability of the website. Furthermore, customer service and the package tracking are very precise; the tracking is practically monitorable step by step. By the way, this is the second time I've ordered, and I've had the pleasure of noticing that the goods arrived even ahead of time compared to the first time. Therefore, I have nothing to add, except that I would recommend buying from this site.

Overall my experience was great; from price, shipping speed, to quality. It was wonderful to find tools in my package to help with application and they were truly so comfortable. One little pitch I'd say would be to add a small, simple lens case. This would greatly help those just getting started.

I was very impressed with the product presentation. Very manicured professional packaging. Also arrived in a timely manner, and the contacts themselves are awesome!

Always have the best options, as well as the gel contacts make my sensitive eyes not get dry as fast. The colour options are so pretty and they have such a big variety and endless options. It always completes my makeup looks.

The colours and quality of the lenses are outstanding and the delivery is prompt enough considering I live on the east coast in Canada. This is the second time I ordered from them and I have not been disappointed. They are super!

It’s alright, they were delivered in less than 2 weeks, I’m from the Netherlands.

Just wish there was more 1 day lenses instead of monthly or even 6 monthly.

Also I’m not sure if it’s possible but to make the hole of the contact smaller to make the contact look more natural.

The delivery was not perfect they left the box outside my mail box just on the floor.

Have worn these contacts for years and love them. Comfortable, fantastic colours and fun.

I've ordered my lenses as i live in the UK london, i have emailed them but no response. This is very poor service as i really was hoping for someone to get in touch. The lenses I've ordered had really nice reviews. Such a shame as my first time experience has been not as expected, now don't know how long I have to wait.

The last order I made had two missing packs and then I ordered another as I didn’t have enough to last but they haven’t turned up. I messaged multiple times and heard nothing bacn

My overall experience with Moodylenses was amazing. The ease of navigating the website and photos to the amount of variety to pick from. I’ve ordered 3 times from the site because I love how pretty and comfortable the lenses are. I recommend them to all of my friends.

1) I emailed regarding my address and they did not even get back to me for days. Thankfully I sorted it out with the shipping company.

2) I only received 5 pairs when I had ordered 7 which puts me on a spot since I ordered with my friends who trusted me to get them their lenses. Emailed them multiple times and still no response

Only after I gave a review here, they got back to my emails and shipped the remaining 2 lenses. Appreciate the fast response after the review.

I have been testing many brands of colour contacts and moody is one of the top. It is the whole package in terms of colour, comfort, great marketing…truly I hate being duped by flashy photoshopped pictures of the models wearing the lenses and most of the times I am. I took a chance on Moody and I’m glad I did.
