I had a very disappointing experience with Breo at Changi Airport (T3), particularly with one of the service staff, Tina.
In what felt like a pushy attempt to secure a sale, she assured my elderly mother that an item could be delivered from another outlet within 5 minutes. This was clearly unrealistic — we were in the T2 transit area, and the item was supposedly coming from another terminal. Even with the Skytrain, 5 minutes is simply not feasible, especially in an airport setting.
After waiting nearly 10 minutes, we followed up, only to find out that the staff at the other outlet had not even started making their way over. This was extremely frustrating, especially since we were rushing to catch a flight. Had we been given an honest estimate (e.g. 10–15 minutes), we could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase.
This felt like a misleading sales tactic rather than a genuine service attempt. The lack of accountability and the initial defensiveness in response only made the situation worse.
Very poor service and a disappointing experience overall.

I wanted to drop a note about my experience dealing with Breo customer service. I recently bought their hand massager product and while it wasn’t for me, there was nothing wrong with the construction or the operation of the unit. Contacting customer service about my options for a refund and return they offered to give me a full refund for the product. This level of customer service is hard to find and I recommend anybody who is thinking about purchasing a product from this company to not hesitate as they will clearly meet your expectations or exceed if you have any issues.

I bought a Breo Neck D5 Neck Massager for $380 SD while in transit at Singapore Airport, between two long haul flights. It worked a few times then stopped. Having raised this with Breo Singapore, they provided a few basic trouble shooting tips - then silence. I have now wasted a lot of money and no way of being able to have a functioning product. Do not buy from Breo Singapore.

I ordered the Breo head massager 3. They must have run out of them or something because they send me a used returned item. It came in the box it was returned in from the last customer and the shipping label was cut out and a new one to me slapped on the box. Customer service was responsive and offered to send me a new one. Well, the exact same thing happened. Now, Instead of offering me a new one or if it’s sold out they didn’t offer me the 5 version, so instead now I have to return it to get my refund. What a waste of time. I really want the massager. Not my money back, not a used one. The brand new one that I paid $250 for. I don’t think that is too much to ask. But apparently it is.

Purchased the foot massager for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and uses it every day! We had one issue with it and reached out to customer service, and they responded immediately and solved the issue. Such wonderful customer service!! Highly recommend Breo.
Purchased the Hero massager in December of 2024. It has wonderful levels of both heat and pressure. I admit I became addicted quickly. Unfortunately it stopped working several months out of warranty. I was not too hopeful when I contacted customer service, but they were most gracious and understanding and said they would replace it at no charge. This is customer service that goes above and beyond anyone's expectations!
Like many other reviewers I have noticed, Breo's service is top notch. I have a deep muscle massage unit and it worked great up until about a month ago, when it would suddenly stop massaging. If I moved the plunger in and out it seemed to break free for a few seconds and then stop. The batteries indicated a charge of 3 lights but the machine would still only work periodically.
I contacted Breo support and they asked the normal questions about model number, when and how purchased etc. I sent the requested info and quickly received another asked for a video of the unit's malfunction.
Great, did the video and within about 1 day, I received a note from support saying their maintenance staff watched the video and thought the plunger may need lubricating. Out comes my options, fine machine oil, silicone, graphite and of course the handyman's secret weapon, WD-40. I sprayed a small amount around the plunger, manually moved it a little and bingo, it has worked since.
Thanks support group and the maintenance guy/gal who diagnosed the problem.
Product works great, also good customer service, took care of my issues promptly. Would recommend
