Gorgeous quality jacket
Belstaff Vanguard. Really helpful staff, fantastic product. The jacket is a slim fit so it does feel snug. Im a 44 so fits perfectly with a T shirt. If you’re wearing a thick jumper you may want to try a size up. Buttery soft leather, usual Belstaff quality. Love it.

Always on point with the greatest and most relevant motorcycle gear and apparel, whether you want MX gear, leathers or just urban smart looking protective motorcycle clothing, you can probably find it here.
Always a first class service, great tracking with deliveries and easy returns, this is why UR are my go to supplier, proper personal old school service and very refreshing.

I ordered some clothing, which stated it was in stock on their website, after 8 days I still haven't heard anything. Standard delivery states 2-4 days, however this is from dispatch.... nothing on the order to say when the items may be dispatched! No answer on the phone either.

Always offered coffee when I visit
I am always offered coffee when I visit, the staff are really helpful and never leave empty handed and always receive helpful sizing and garment performance options/alternatives and advice. My two recent large online orders both arrived on time and they kindly threw in a visor order every late by me at the last minute that Urban still delivered on time with everything else! so credit where credit is due I received a first class service. Will always go back for more

Just Not Good Enough!
I ordered a helmet, visor and goggles. I was given separate delivery dates over the next 2 weeks for each item, the first one in a week. Great I thought. 2 weeks later I haven't received any of the items and have now been told that the goggles won't be available for at least 3 months!! Just not good enough when other suppliers can supply within 2 days.
Postscript - To be fair, they have burst into action to deal with my complaint and I have now received the helmet and visor but not the goggles, for several months.

Useless, stay clear, ordered an Oxford Stormex motorcycle cover large. Stated on order email it would be delivered 21/05/25. No sign of it so I email 23/05/25 asking where it is. Reply - ‘sorry we don’t have it in stock and is on back order. Have no idea when it will be received’ Brilliant customer service, no email letting me know. WHY IS IT ADVERTISED IF YOU DON’T HAVE IT. Poor.

The delivery is passed due date. No one picks up the phone when you try and call for help. But PayPal helped me get a refund

Ordered a builtwell helmet liner, not received.
Ordered a builtwell helmet liner, was to arrive 15/05/2025, hasn’t arrived, I called them, automated service with no response, emailed them with my order number and informed them that I had not received my order.
They state that they will respond to an email enquiry within 24hrs, still no response, extremely poor service.
This situation was eventually resolved by Isabela which I appreciate, unfortunate that it took this review on Trustpilot, to kick Urban Rider into responding.
