Faulty item initially returned taking the company over 48hrs to respond to my return request. Re ordered item only to receive the same faulty item in the post.
Further return request made with no response. Urban rider responded to a separate email and item returned on 21.8.25. At time of writing (25.8.25) still awaiting refund. 15% discount offered for inconvenience with an apology.
Very poor customer service and shoddy practice sending out returned faulty goods.
Suffice to say I won’t be ordering from Urban Rider again and would advise those who expect good customer service the same.

I recently made my first purchase from Urban Rider, ordering a Hiplok D1000 motorcycle lock. Initially, the experience was promising; the website was easy to use, and they quickly honoured a price match request. Dispatch was fast, and the item arrived promptly - so far, so good.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse upon delivery. The packaging had clearly been opened before, the inner protective materials were missing, and the lock had been rattling around loosely in the box. On closer inspection, the lock itself showed signs of wear, with minor scuffs on the surface suggesting it had been used previously.

For a premium product, this was unacceptable. I immediately emailed Urban Rider to express my concerns and request a replacement, but received no response. I then initiated the returns process via their website, which confirmed return labels would be available within 48 hours. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. Since then, I've made over 16 attempts to contact their customer service team by phone and email and sending follow-ups emails but have received no reply whatsoever. The complete lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

As a first-time customer, I expected better. Instead, I've received a substandard product and zero support from Urban Rider. I can't recommend them to anyone, and I'm now left with no choice but to pursue a claim through my bank in the hope of resolving the issue.

Great customer service coupled with a good range of products to try on for size. The products are all of the highest quality too. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Very good price, extremely quick service, received item two days after ordering it. I had to return item as it was too small, totally hassle free and again, very fast service. Every interaction has been quick and very helpful (they're very responsive to email) and I will definetely be buying from them again.

Fabulous jacket/shirt I bought the Roland Sands Design Appian 74 Womens Riding Shirt-Sage which is like a khaki green. The fit is on the small size so I am glad I sized up. It’s really lightweight and comfortable but has all the elbows/ shoulders pads etc included with room for a back protector. Had lots of compliments already. Really quick delivery and excellent value for money.

Paid for 24hr delivery Ordered on Thursday delivery on Monday. Edited in response to Uban Rider comment. For clarity, perhaps you should review if the item was in stock and when it was dispatched before making broad brush statements regarding your T&C’s. It was in stock and you emailed me to say I would receive on Friday 24hr delivery!

I received my helmet today very well packaged and as for the helmet! Wow! I absolutely love it! I recently bought a cruiser after years of sports bikes and fancied an open faced helmet. After a trip to J&S I bought a scorpion Belfast Evo but couldn’t get over how bobble headed I looked in it. I really enjoyed wearing an open faced helmet though so after some trawling online I came across your YouTube video of the DMD helmet. All I can say is the Belfast feels like a cardboard box compared with the DMD! The DMD feels as nice as my Shoie Neotec inside and looks way smaller than the Belfast I no longer feel like I look like something off the movie spaceballs 😂 thank you so much for fantastic service and an amazing helmet it really is leagues above what I was expecting.
