I was looking for a jacket to wear in Spain and wanted something that did not look like an obvious biker wear. I have purchased a Rev'it Worker shirt and really liked the quality, fit and design, so thought I would give this Tracer a go. It was pretty much what I was looking for and it worked very well in 35c Spanish heat. Excellent choice and great service from UR as always .

Best customer experience ever!

I had a problem with Knox riding pants I purchased from Urban Rider a year ago. The armor became brittle and tore in half when I tried to remove them before washing. I tried to work with the Knox people to get replacement armor but to no avail. Since I purchased the pants through Urban Rider, I decided to give them a try to see if I could get replacement armor through this channel. Izabela at Urban Rider was awesome! Fast, efficient and friendly. She found a solution for me that was both fast and fair. Such a great experience. So much better than most American e-commerce sites.

Their after sales was excellent.

I ordered an incorrect item, probably all my fault. The high review score is for how my issue was treated. Very professional and within 24 hours my refund was authorised. Will definitely use company for addittional items.

I recently ordered some Belstaff resolve boots that aren't cheap!

They arrived with the eyelet swiftly popping out as I loosened the lace.

I contacted UR speaking to Max who arranged the return of the faulty boots, he was so helpful. He organised the prompt return, along with securing a replacent pair of Forma legacy boots.

I have tested them today in torrential rain! They passed

We all know items can sometimes not make the grade. But it is the way the issue is managed that counts.

I purchased a DMD helmet from Urban Rider last year and recently managed to loose a tensioning screw. As with my original purchased, Urban Rider were extremely helpful, great communication and have arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement part. Would highly recommend.

As usual I had a great shopping experience with the knowledgable and friendly team at Urban Rider. They had what I wanted, and, also as usual, I found other things I didn't even know I needed, plus - nice coffee and good conversation. It was well worth a 40 minute ride across congested London to get there.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, order was delivered next day as promised and all queries were answered via email within 12 hours I have been massively impressed with this company and their professionalism and kindness will defo us again

I live in Europe not in the UK but I make orders time to time from Urban Rider because they always have the best quality products, and they are very helpful. Delivery process is smooth, fast (including customs clearance etc.) One time the product was defected and the return process and the refund process were very smooth. Best company not only in the UK but also for Europe.
