Urban Rider is my favourite shop in London for motorcycles gears.
Everything start with my first purchase that was all the gear need it to ride, helmet, boots, jacket and gloves. After then I've been visiting the guys to check for new gears, and my last purchase was the Trip Machine Shoe Protector, this helps to save the shoes you wearing while riding to get scratch from the shifting.
Highly recommend, but mostly I recommend to visit the Urban Rider shop, because the guys are always super cool and friendly, they can help you to find all you need!

Been a couple of weeks since I received my boots and shirt. I couldn't be happier. Great fit and very comfortable. Knowing I look good, feel good and am safe is just a rarity for me.

Best quality that works, fits and looks good too. A tall order for a short man! I'll be using Urban Rider again for sure. Highly recommended

Had some issues with a jacket, living in another country it's often a hassle to reach out when you buy things online.

Urban Riders talked to the manufacturer of the jacket, I will be getting a new one in a week or two.

This is not the only time I've been in touch with them.
I feel that Urban Riders care deeply about their costumers and always try to do right by their customers.

Excellent customer service. Rapid dispatch on one item but when other delayed, same day response to email and similar for refund when no alternative. What customer should be. A pleasure - will certainly buy again from them.

Good company. The item I ordered was delivered very promptly.

When you make a purchase online they will tell you it will be delivered on a particular day...ignore that ,and add at least a week , it seems I am mot the only one who has had this issue , I mean how hard is it to post a package the day you order it ,if it is a DPD issue ,then Urban Rider need to change who they use .

So I placed an order on the 18/04/25 paying the next day delivery charge. From there on the communication has been horrendous! I have received any confirmation on my order and I have sent emails and made over a dozen phone calls to the number provided apparently there always extremely busy with customers! Still have I not received my delivery and still have I not had any answers from the company! I will not be using this brand again I will be posting reviews on everything I see. It’s the fact that not one person has had the decency to pick up a phone or email me back but very quick to take my hard earned money. So thank you for you unpleasant experience for the first time I will be taking action on this.

They have great stock and excellent product reviews but the shipping is epically slow. I have been a customer for many years and have now developed the process of order and just forget about it until it eventually shows up. The order status generally stays on processing with no other information available. If you want good products shop here, if you want them soon go anywhere else.

I watched the Urban Rider review of the new John Doe One Helmet, loved the look and bought one based on the video. I'm well pleased. It's great quality, no noiser than my Glamster, it looks brilliant and the "pinlockless" visor doesn't mist up, even when left down at the lights in the cold. It's big thumbs up to John Doe and to Urban Rider for thier usual good service.

Bought from Urban Rider Realy good quality item Motone AC Pannier/Luggage Rails - Pair - Polished for triumph bonneville expensive but. Bought a similar one at half the price but sent it back because of poor quality. Lessons learnt dont buy cheap pay for quality.

Great service, there was a fault on the site with a pre-order label that was not shown. They handled it professionaly and changed my order after contact and refunded the balance imediatly.

I've been a loyal Urban Rider customer for the past 2–3 years, exclusively buying all my motorcycle gear from them, spending £1,000's.

Their top-tier product selection, lightning-fast delivery and returns, and outstanding service—especially from Iza—kept me coming back.

Unfortunately, my latest experience fell far short of that standard.

I ordered two pairs of John Doe jeans listed as "in stock" for next-day delivery (which they still do). Turns out, they weren’t in stock at all, and I was given an estimated delivery of almost 2 weeks! Worse, I only discovered this after reaching out to customer service by email, where I received a quite dismissive and unhelpful response from Sonia, who clearly couldn’t have cared less.

Everything seems to be slipping with UR, and clearly others are seeing this too based on some recent reviews.

Unfortunately, I broke my loyalty and took my business elsewhere. The jeans arrived in under 24 hours from a competitor. I probably won’t be shopping with Urban Rider again.
