Responded quickly and followed through with overnight shipping me a replacement wheel lock key. My experience with them was perfect - they saved my bikepacking trip from being canceled.

You can't do better then PITLOCK from urban bike tech.
There is hardly anywhere left to buy PITLOCK in the states. Not only is Urban Bike Tech the only game around, but they carry the full lineup of, what I consider to be, an essential component to my bicycles. Their service was prompt and thorough. I bought a set for one of my bikes from my local bike shop and by the time I wanted to go back and outfit my other bikes my LBS stopped carrying PITLOCK products. Urban Bike Tech finished outfitting the rest of my bikes with the missing bits I needed to complete the job.

Really stand out customer service
Really stand out customer service. Jason made sure we got our order together, even though it had to come in a couple of places and a couple of locations, given how much we move around.
Thanks so much Jason!

Quality German-made security products…
Quality German-made security products provided by Urban Bike Tech! I purchased a front tire skewer, seat post skewer and an assortment of other Allen bolt security sizes to protect my ebike high dollar accessories with. Jason was honest with his covid19 shipping timeline delays and delivered the products I purchased on time and well packaged as promised. I will definately purchase from Urban Bike Tech again myself and will highly recommend to others that I know about Pitlock products to purchase from Jason as well. Thank you so much UBT for helping secure my ebike investment dollars from any future theft.

Top notch customer service
Jason was fantastic! I just bought my first bike and was struggling to find locking skewers that would fit it (the frame lacks the usual dropout notches). Jason called me back, calmed me down, and walked me through my options - and he was exceedingly warm and friendly despite me being an obviously flustered bike-newbie. I'm grateful he took the time to understand my concerns, and his good attitude made my morning!
