Great service and I’m happy with my purchase.
I’m happy with these pitstopper things. They fit into my bolt heads and don’t seem to be likely to fall out. I’ve already ridden around a handful of times. They also come with a spare, I suppose just incase you lose one, which is awesome! These things are a great invention! I feel a little less concerned when I leave my bike locked up in the city.

Combine Pitlock.
Redundant security measures are needed for protecting any bike and it's parts. Combining my Abus 540 U lock with my Pitlock quick release wheel locks and head lock, provides an efficient way to secure my bike, traveling with minimal bulk and weight.
Shout out to Jason for providing great customer service and support.

For whatever reason I completely messed up my order. I had no idea until customer service called me and said that they thought my orders seem strange and did I want to double check it with them before they proceeded. I’ll do a follow up review concerning products but as far as customer service ... there on top of their game

I've been a Pitlock user since 2014 and…
I've been a Pitlock user since 2014 and got my set for Urban Bike Tech. I initially had a hard time locating my keycode to from my previous purchase. Jason was very patient, and with some searching and inquiries (he was very quick to respond as well!), he found my keycode assigned to me for the past 7 years! How cool was that!
This is my 2nd purchase from Urban Bike Tech, and I just completed my 3rd. Awesome service! Thanks again! Til Next time!
