The company has some issues with the delivery times but other than that the clothes are great quality and the styles are great.

Comfortable clothes for everyday wear! They really helped me beat the heat and still look good!
The fabric did degrade after a few washes..that can be improved.

Ideally - I want to give uptownie 0 ⭐️a… I have placed an order on 20th August. Been following up on it from 1st September but still no order. I asked for a refund which they say they can’t do as the order is being processed and will be despatched soon on 8th October and there is still no sign of despatch.

The cloth fabric and fit is really good. It took time get the products but once I got them, i was satisfied 😊

Cheap materials used in the products. And they don’t even give you refund. They give you store credit. So basically you have to exchange one cheap quality product for another. Prices are not at all worth the quality. I have bought much better clothes for much cheaper than these. In short, neverrrr everrrrr buying from them again.

Worst experience.. their delivery is too slow and I didn't like the quality at all.. then for returning there no option for returning our money back instead they give coupon/points of that particular amount which is inappropriate... I dnt like their service still I've to order from them? Wtf was wrong with me that I ordered from them.. never go ahead with uptownie plz

I wish i read these reviews before ordering.
I ordered in August first week, they neither delivered nor refunded.
In September end they sent random 2 products, upon complaining it was neither returnable nor refundable.
Upon emailing for pending products or refund, they cannot refund, they will expedite the process and send. However as on October 15, there has been nothing done.

Biggest Frauds.

I placed an order on 25th September and it has arrived today after much nagging and hassle. Of the two products I ordered, 1 bralette strap isn't attached on the shoulder while the 2nd, a shirt looks like a cheap print, imitation and nothing like what's on the website

I really like their products and styles. The delivery duration is also fast and convenient. Exchanges/ returns are fast. If any order ja running late they inform in advance. Overall i liked the experience

I was insane enough to place an order of 5 products from these sloths. I placed my order on 11th August and got it delivered on 5th October.

This is a total scam company. I have ordered a prepaid product on 3rd aug and it’s been more than 2 months , i havnt received it. There are no updates about it. The customer service is very poor and full of stupid people. I have got a worst experience of my life and i really wanna sue this company

Very unreliable service, absolutely no after sales service. I ordered a product and they delivered damaged product and even after multiple follow ups nothing was done. I was informed that we will pick up the product and refund money but since last 20 days their ship rocket delivery partner is sending message that we are going to pick up your return order but no one shows up. Total scam!!!! Product is damaged so of no use. Waste of money. Total cheaters.
