Fraud ,Pathetic customer care service . Do not order from this cheap brand

I ordered some clothes for my wife on 21st October, still I didn't get the order (17/11)

Disappointed by Unfair Business Practices
I’ve spent over $1,000 on hats from Uptown Yardie because I genuinely love their products — the craftsmanship, the design, and the quality are all exceptional. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service has been very disappointing.
One of my hat orders was completely wrong, and although mistakes can happen (I’m a vendor myself, so I understand), what truly matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Uptown Yardie claimed they sent a replacement, but that I wasn’t there to receive it — which simply isn’t true. Months have passed, and despite my attempts to communicate, no one has responded or taken responsibility to make things right.
In my own business, if I send out the wrong product, I take the loss and make sure the customer receives what they paid for — that’s just fair practice. I’m saddened to see such an otherwise wonderful company fail to uphold this same standard.
I hate writing a review like this because I believe in Uptown Yardie’s vision and love their products, but fairness and communication matter. I just wish they would do the right thing.

Hi i have ordered a couple of times from Uptownie. Although their delivery times are abit long . The fit & style of the product is great . The colours and fabric looked fine after multiple washes .Its a good deal for the price & offers they are offering

The product quality is not that great. Additionally, according to my size I ordered the product but it still didn't fit me and they denied exchanging or returning the product.
Never buying anything from here again and have made sure to tell everyone around me the same.

This brand uptownie is fraud . They took money from me and send dress which was very bad quality and size was also not okay .
I request for refund they said they don’t have refund policy than I ordered something else for that exchange they again sent very bad quality product that to after months and when I again asked for change because they were sending cheap quality products again again they took parcel from my place and do not sent any product after that .
I am warning don’t buy from them

Never ever buy from this platform. I ordered a skirt and couldn’t return it, they will just give store credit to waste not the money. It’s absolutely bullshit services.

Their fabric quality is good but their delivery service is late

The fabric was good .But there was a problem regarding size and then exchanging policies are too slow.Make sure You take a bigger size in the starting.

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy… never buy when your not sure about fitting the products are not that worth to take without proper fitting … returns are very hard and not at all customer friendly

The product is limited, honestly. I had ordered a dress, but it didn't fit me properly and so I returned it. It was even bigger of a hassle to get my refund back...I had to mail the team about 7-8 times, and it took my refund credits almost 3 weeks.

Nevertheless, the product I received afterwards was good. The material is a bit cheap, tore after the 3rd use, and had to get it tailored again.

Overall, it's mid.

Big cheaters. Bad quality. Will exchange same top for higher cost. The most terrible place to shop from. The shirt i bought bled in 1 wash.

I ordered twice from uptownie
The first time i ordered some shirts for my wife. The fitting was very poor so returned it. Bought two dresses from the credit points again because I didn't want my money wasted bcoz they don't return money.
After searching a lot i finally found two dresses which my wife liked.

I had the worst experience ordering from Uptowine, they have a pathetic return policy- where they give only credit and accept return against a product only once even if its a size issue, the policy so well hidden on the website and their customer support is so bad that u will get tried trying to contact them- mail, call, messages they don’t revert. Worst experience, please don’t buy from this brand! The quality is also not up to the mark

Uptownie is good for nothing except trendy clothes. Their delivery service is horrible, customer service is disgusting and the return & refund policies are pathetic. They literally don’t give a shit about customers!!
