No delivery after 20+ days of ordering, no update whatsoever, no replies to any of my queries, no customer service number is authentic. Please don’t order from this brand. You will waste your money and energy. Only response you will get from them is sorry for the inconvenience we will get back to you as soon as possible and your complaint will come to square one after every query.

Your order will be delayed indefinitely, and you will receive no updates, just empty apologies. I purchased a top nearly two months ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. It says on their website that the products will be delivered within 3-8 business days, and this is apparently untrue.
Terrible service, will never shop again on their website.

Honestly sizes are way too big and are not as per chart..material quality is not good at all..I bought two shirts at 1900..when I returned one shirt due to size issue then you guys gave me a coupon of 950 now that single shirt is costing around 1400..ethically uptownie should get the size changed..this seems to be cheating...for my full review kindly make a call on 9868372919 ..I returned the shirt I think last month but till now I have not used my return coupon as I don't like anything now from uptownie

Return process did not happen
Return process did not happen. I was not contacted by the logistics partner and kept complaining both to Shiprocket and Uptownie to no avail. Then I was told by Uptownie customer support that return window was closed. I explained the situation that no one has contacted me and the logistics partner was wrongly updating the status. They did not care. You did not care and now I am left with a product I won't wear. Terrible experience
What they should have done was understood the situation and opened up the return window again. It would have costed them nothing to reschedule the return. Now it's cost them a customer and everyone that I have told about this experience. Customers are to be kept with care not rule books.
