I has placed my order on 13th Feb, Its more than 45 days and I have not received update on my order, It was a prepaid order. Their customer service is pathetic, Nobody picks the helpline number. They dont even have a proper team to respond and answer customer's queries. It was a bad decision to order and pay in advance. Money got wasted.

It's a very good brand. Products style and quality is awesome.

I placed my order on 23rd February, and it has been over a month now, but I have still not received it. I have tried reaching out multiple times via calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram, but there has been no response.

I also called three times today, yet there was no reply. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

No response after prepaid order is given.looks like a fraudulent setup.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because that's the least possible option. It takes a huge effort to reach the customer care who has no idea on the expected delivery dates. It has been almost 2 months since I placed me order and the order is yet to be dispatched. I requested to return my money and make the order as COD which they said is against their policies. I guess their policy is just cheating people and delaying orders till the person tires and forgets about their order.

Even 1 star is too much... they are frauds. Worst online brand ....it's not even a brand it's fake site..which will only take your money and no product.

Extremely poor service. I placed Order #664873 back on 24th February, and it has still not been delivered. It has been over two weeks, which is well beyond the promised delivery timeline.
I have received no updates regarding the delay. This is completely unacceptable for an online shopping platform. I am requesting an immediate delivery or a full refund to my original payment method.

I would like to report the website associated with the brand Uptownie for potentially misleading e-commerce practices and harmful consumer experience.

I placed a paid order (Order #658682) on their website for a product that was advertised as available. However, even after more than month the order has not been dispatched and no valid tracking details have been provided. Customer support repeatedly sends generic responses mentioning “technical issues” but does not provide a delivery timeline or resolution.

This behavior appears misleading because customers are allowed to place and pay for orders even when the company may not be capable of fulfilling them in a reasonable timeframe.

Horrible experience - placed an order on 16 February and till date waiting for an update in terms of when the delivery is likely to happen. Their only response is that the order is under processing and I should wait for a bit. Messed up business - never ever buy from them!!

Also there is no way of cancelling the order - they won’t let you!

Please be cautious when ordering from this site. I had a split order where one order was fulfilled, but the other has still not been processed. Each time I reach out by email, the only response I receive is that there is a “technical issue,” without any further update or resolution. Calls to their support line have also gone unanswered.

It has been almost a month now. Additionally, the return was issued as store credit, which makes it uncertain whether it will actually be usable if orders are not being fulfilled. Sharing this experience so others are aware before placing an order

Review after Uptownie response to my initial review: when I contacted Uptownie with the number provided I got an automated response that they will get back to me in next 24 hrs. Its been 3 days and no one has still contacted me. Please don't fall for these frauds.

Let me begin with the delay! The product was delivered about 15 days late, quality of the product though it mentions cotton was polyester jersey material and last of all when i requested for return, the app said return processed but no actions no calls or even any updates from the company! Following up with the team has been a terrible experience as well!

Placed an order on 24th Feb and it's 10 march and order not received.
No update on order. Looks like a scam. Very poor customer service which is barely contactable. No option of cancellation or refund.
Please do not place order with them.

Extremely disappointing experience with Uptownie.

I placed an order on 4 February 2026 and as of 6 March 2026 (over one month later), the order is still showing as “processing”. No shipping update or tracking details have been provided.

I have tried contacting their customer support through email and also reached out through their Instagram posts, but there has been no proper response. In fact, my comments asking for an update seem to be getting deleted.

What is concerning is that when I checked social media, many other customers appear to be reporting the same issue — orders not being delivered and lack of response from the brand.

A delay of this length without any communication or transparency is unacceptable for an online business.

I hope the company either delivers the order immediately or issues a full refund. Until then, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this brand.

Horrible experience. It's a scam. unreasonable delivery timelines. wrong / incorrect product descriptions. no customer service. incorrect cotact numbers on the website. Stay away stay alert . Dont buy from Uptownie
