Order not received neither payment

This is ridicules that these people are only giving false commitments again and again about delivery.these people are creating fraud site and making people fool.

Pathetic product quality and poor fitting.
Return only once allowed,
No customer service, calls and messages go un answered.
Store credit also can be used only 1 voucher per new purchase,
Totally scam and poor service.

Do not buy anything from Uptownie.com They are straight up frauds. I made pre payment for a halter neck dress.It’s been 10 days already and no updates are sent even after sending multiple mails, calls and messages to them. They are even deleting my instagram comments.

I have placed the order on 28 Jan and till date 15 feb haven't received the order yet. They aren't agreeing to refund as well since their customer service team says it is with the processing team and the order cannot be cancelled. They aren't shipping the product, neither cancelling it,nor refunding it. Pathetic customer service.

I have placed order with uptownie on 30th of Jan 2026 and till today ie 13th of Feb 2026 - they keep saying techncal issue and no sign of when the order will be delivered .
They are not prepared to cancel the order as well

I had purchased 1 shirt from uptownie last year on Myntra ans found it quite good. This year I ordered from their website without reading poor reviews. I received my order today within 10 working days as promised. Quality is also quite good and I'm very happy. I felt like sharing this as an exception so the brand is motivated to do well.

Cheap quality clothes and Worst material and there is no refund and only store credit. If you really wanna try their products which are not worth it donot buy from their site. Instead buy the same products from other commercial websites like Myntra Nykaa. There at least you I’ve option to get the refund for worthless products.

Uptownie is a complete scam.
My order number is 643472 , it never arrived, and there is zero customer service. No replies, no updates, no refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Do not order from here.

Very disappointed with my purchase from Uptownie. The fabric quality is cheap and does not justify the price at all. The sizing is completely off, making the outfit unwearable. Overall, the product did not meet expectations and is definitely overpriced for what is delivered.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience with Uptownie

My experience with Uptownie has been nothing short of frustrating and dishonest.
I had earlier returned an item and received store credit as a refund. When I used this store credit to place a new order, the product I received was wrongly sized, visibly crushed, looked old, and was completely below Uptownie’s claimed standards.
Naturally, I asked for a return or exchange—only to be told that items purchased using store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
Here’s the problem:
This condition is mentioned nowhere on their website. It is not stated in their return policy. When I asked customer care to show me where this rule is written, even the representative was unable to do so. Instead, I was sent a screenshot of the return policy that only says refunds are issued as store credit—nothing about store-credit purchases being non-returnable. When pressed further, I was casually told this is an “internal policy.”
So essentially customers are forced into store credit. Then punished for using that store credit and expected to accept defective or incorrect products with no recourse.
To make matters worse, I still have unused store credit left, but I am now extremely apprehensive about ordering again. Any future purchase would require me to pay additional money, and if something goes wrong (as it already has), I stand to lose even more because Uptownie refuses returns on store-credit orders.
This is deeply unethical, misleading, and unfair to customers. Internal policies that directly impact customers must be transparently disclosed—not sprung on them after things go wrong.
I would strongly caution anyone shopping here. Once your money is converted into store credit, you are effectively trapped.

Pathetic brand, please do not do pre paid orders from them , they will not deliver your order and take your money too. Their customer service is pathetic. The owner it’s self a thief.

I wish there was an option of giving them a zero!! That’s how pathetic Uptownie is.
I placed an order on 12 Dec 2025, paid the amount in advance and till today I havent received my order.
When trying to reach them on call, no one picks up the call, and on WhatsApp chat they keep saying “sorry for the inconvenience”. This was my first and last order with Uptownie. Would never recommend it to anyone. And I dont understand how are they sustaining with such pathetic service! Worst experience of online shopping ever!!

Its a scam guys...they have not Dispatched the product which i ordered on 27th dec. They are just giving excuses that there is delay in logistics. I cant trust now on there product quality also of in case it received. Its really bad experience at my end.

I recently purchased a dress from Uptownie, but the product was not of good quality. When I requested a refund, the company refused to process it and instead offered only store credit. Since I had no option, I used the credit and paid additional money to place another order.
Unfortunately, the second order was also disappointing. The products did not match the size details mentioned on the website, and the overall quality was far below expectations. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive, stating that returns are not accepted as per their policy.
I have never experienced such inflexible and unfair practices with any online shopping platform. The images shown on the website are very different from the actual products received, which feels misleading. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
I am sharing this feedback so that other customers are aware and do not fall into a similar situation.

I placed an order with Uptownie on 13th December, and as of 4th January, I still have not received my order. The status continues to show “ready to be dispatched”, but there has been no actual dispatch or delivery.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of accountability from the team. Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic response — “We’ve taken care of your request” and “We apologize for the inconvenience”.
After waiting for over three weeks and repeatedly following up, this experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this brand.

Worst brand just invest money in running instagram ads. Delivery is delayed. Customer service doesn’t think about the customer. Not ready to cancel the order after 10 days of delay.

You will maybe swallow 5-6k that I paid but you have lost a lifetime customer
