This is a total scam company. I have ordered a prepaid product on 3rd aug and it’s been more than 2 months , i havnt received it. There are no updates about it. The customer service is very poor and full of stupid people. I have got a worst experience of my life and i really wanna sue this company

Very unreliable service, absolutely no after sales service. I ordered a product and they delivered damaged product and even after multiple follow ups nothing was done. I was informed that we will pick up the product and refund money but since last 20 days their ship rocket delivery partner is sending message that we are going to pick up your return order but no one shows up. Total scam!!!! Product is damaged so of no use. Waste of money. Total cheaters.

Beware it's a scam!!
I have ordered dress which was different from the picture ordered. I requested to return . They picked up my order after 1 week. Then after following up for 4 months still they haven't credited the amount. The portal is also poor no proper customer support. Please don't buy it will boat your energy and time

Ordered on 20 Aug, they didn't dispatch it at all after 20 days, despite contacting customer service on whatsapp, insta dm and email. They are unwilling to cancel stating it is in processing. They don't reply on time. But I keep seeing insta influences promoting the brand which is only promoting the scam and fraud that they are. They have taken my money and not providing with appropriate service. Worst experience ever.

It's a fraud company. I ordered dresses, and they didn't fit me. I processed for a refund, but it didn't go into my account. They gave me credit, so I used the credit to shop for new dresses. I ordered L size, but they delivered XS. Now they're saying I can't return it because I purchased it with credit. But isn't the credit is mymoney? And why did they send a different size?

Do not use uptowine they have poor to worst customer service do to deliver what they promise. I ordered on 21 August and it’s 31 sept not received anything. I called almost daily and also asked my order to be cancalled but the lady stubbly said it’s not possible ?? 🤯
The call Centre is very rude and they Dt know what to answer.
If any one hows where else to complaint pls post.

I have placed order on 9th august. Very bad customer service, i had placed order for 3 items and its been more than 3 weeks and i have not received any tracking nor the items ! The number given doesn’t work and the mails are also not reverted ! This is so bad ! If only i knew u guys are so bad at this wont hv ever bought ! Seems like a SCAM , now they have blocked me from instagram and am going to apply for consumer forum fraud ! Reading all these reviews m shook ! Its a request lets take there page down ! Report them !!!

I’ve placed my order on 9th of August so it’s been 12 days since I’ve not received any mail regarding the package,I’ve been contacting the customer care through email and Instagram dms but they are not responding to any of them ,if they cannot deal with the orders then Why accepting the orders

Ive had the worst experience with uptownie the founders are pure scammer they only send their products to influencers and they eat up the money of the middle class people who order from their site it's been almost 22 days now there is no update regarding my product order no. 577077

I ordered three dresses from Uptownie on August 3rd, but there have been no updates, no tracking, return, or cancel options, no response to my emails or calls, and after trying to raise the issue on Instagram I was blocked—this brand is scamming customers and I strongly advise others not to purchase from them.

I placed an order (ID: 571223) on 3 August, and as of today, there's still no update on shipping or delivery. Despite repeated outreach via email and their website, I haven’t received a proper response.

I’m lodging this review so others can be aware: the experience so far has been frustrating and unacceptable. I urge Uptownie to resolve my complaint, either ship my order immediately or process a full refund without further delay.

It is a Scam, there is no update on order status and no customer care numbers working

Orders not delivered even after a month looks like scam and after commenting on instagram they blocked my account.

I placed an order with them on 1 aug order# 567431 and they delayed in shipping still my package hasn’t shipped. I called and email for cancellation because I wouldn’t be available to pick up or accept delivery they are not responding on email or calls. Pathetic service so far

I placed uptownie order on 4th Aug. For 15 days there was no movement and no one responded from their support team, then i finally got response from the team on 22nd and received my product yesterday after 20 days (as a result of multiple calls/ WhatsApp msg/ insta DM follow up)
Although the Product received and quality is upto my expectations, delivery response could have been better.

I had ordered one midi dress on 23rd of July rs 2574/- today is 10th August till not received anything yet but my on their website showing my order is fulfilled so i called customer care that person named Aditya Mishra was literally trying to to still my paytm account by screening when I got to know there is froud I close the app and switched off the phone so I got terrible experience from this fake uptownie company it’s a scammer..they should get punished
