Useless!!
Sent 2 parcels within a couple of days of one another and dropped off at the same UPS Access Point. Both collected same day albeit, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
First item arrives at destination but broken and looking through the restricted items it now turns out I won't be covered for this and I extensively searched on their site before I even committed myself to sending with them.
Second item now seems to be lost in the ether, my only assumption is they can't be bothered as it was quite a bulky item.
Customer service is the most pointless thing in existence. Can't provide any kind of updates with the tracking number, try and file a claim online to say I need to contact via phone.
I wouldn't recommend at all.
I have an open claim with them which has been approved and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting to receive the money for the lost item. Customer service have said their is a backlog in claims so what does this say about their service if they have a high volume of open claims.

Wouldn't even give UPS a one star absolutely the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. My advice don't use them.
Horrendous delivery service
Horrendous delivery service. Driver arrived my home, I answered the intercom and as I live in a house with 3 flats, I asked him to confirm which flat the delivery was for. He refused to answer? I asked 3 times and he continuously refused to answer,. He then said he's take it to the access point (1/2 a mile form where I live) and walked off!. So in summary. A delivery man arrives at destination, refuses to confirm where the delivery is going to, then attempts to punish the customer for asking and making the walk a 1/2 mile to collect as a lesson for having the audacity to ask if its for them!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS "SERVICE PROVIDER" and save your money. I would never order again from anyone who's sending via UPS.

Absolutely useless service
Absolutely useless service. They have never even tried to deliver to my address - they just drop parcels off at a newsagent 1 mile away and expect me to collect (and no they have never left a card).
How are they still in business?
I suppose they must be cheap as I can't see how anyone would use them.

Useless Parcel Service
Awful company!!!! Impossible to contact. Charge import duty above and beyond the government tarifs. You pay the import duty two days before delivery only for the driver to trun up asking for the same amount because it hasnt been paid, yet it was, 48 hours earlier.

Items stuck in customs for weeks and no communication. Terrible customer service and the worst shipping company I've ever experienced!
COVID 19 safety zero for these guys plus they are noisy
delivery driver waltzes in 3 hours early from due time. He wears no covid 19 mask. His awareness of social distancing is commensurate with the distance between his ears. we gather this person is a director of the local UPS service !!. the noise of this person finally forced us to ask them to leave the premises. Complete disregard for any health issues.

Wish could have given a ZERO rating - ordered some product and paid the supplier a premium fee for quick delivery and tracing - Must be a reading and writing issue for staff employed eith UPS - tracking details items delivered - "OTHER" - CONTACTED THE SUPPLIERS WHO IN TURN WILL RESEND AGAIN USING ROYAL MAIL AND MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST UPS - companies like these she be avoided - PLENTY out there who will do better for customers and suppliers.....DO NOT TRUST

The worst delivery company, I tried to deliver a very small package from UK to Portugal, they did not send the package, they brought the package back and damaged and also no refund available, it can not be worst then that.

A parcel from the Netherlands again. This time, instead of taking nearly 2 months, it came in approx 3 working days! Also a day earlier than the UPS notification. Although the box was torn open, everything appears to have been in it.
Worst experiece ever
Worst experiece ever. When you have phoned customer service for about 100 times as I have not received my parcel you get so pissed that you screem out bad things to this incompetent people that keep saying sorry sorry. One says it is delivered, but obviosly not, another it was sent to the wrong address, another say need a claim and another proof of signature....the whole UPS is a big S....T

Since my last review 5th Feb & I have still got absolutely nowhere, UPS really don't care.
They actually answered my review but only with lies & false promises; thanks Tony M for nothing, he said Brokerage would be in touch but Tony M of uktrustpilot_at_ups.com they weren't I had to eventually call them, a total & bad joke, I'm not laughing.
Over five weeks & my parcel still hasn't got there, it was due for delivery on Wednesday but never made it & now it's back in the UK & I'm told maybe never left; because it was never actually on the container that it was assigned too: LOL YOU COULDN'T MAKE THIS UP.
USELESS BEYOND BELIEF & NO GENUINE DUTY OF CARE, ONLY HOLLOW APOLOGIES, FALSEHOODS & INNEPTITUDE. AWFUL.
5 WEEKS GOING ON 6.....
6: THE NUMBER OF HOURS I'VE SPENT ON THE PHONE TO THEM.

Oh & they don't do compensation anymore due to the virus, thereby they don't need to even try??? How very convenient when my delays are down purely to their own ineptitude & laissez-faire attitude.
Don't trust UPS!
I bought an item from eBay on the 28th of January 2021 and I still didn't receive it. The seller has sent it to me in a couple of days, but UPS didn't deliver it. I also had to pay 58 Pounds customer clearance fee for the item which they didn't deliver.
After writing lots of emails to the seller about the issue; I had to open a claim to get my full refund. eBay is still not closing my case and giving me my money back.
UPS is still not refunding my customs clearance money back!
This is so unfair, I want my full refund and my customs clearance money back.

I've made an error
I tried using them again, thinking I would give them benefit of the doubt what with Covid and Brexit.
Not doing that again!
Collected on the 11th was advised i;m looking at least 2 weeks for delivery out of Poland. they wanted me to pay the customs fee 2 days after collection (they're quick at that bit) but still nothing. It's still showing in Poland 12 days later...
I;ve tried all the usual contacts, Virtual assistamt (doesn't work), customer serviec (don't care) and Messenger (used to work now has an automated reply).
How do they still operate? going to use Fedex or someone next time, might be a bit more expensive but at least I'll get the delivery in a week.
Queue apologetic message and request to contact them in 3....2.....1.....

Worst delivery company I have had to deal with so far. Fair enough there are Brexit delays and Covid and so on, but I wonder how regular mail services and other couriers (eg. TNT) manage to deal with all the troubles within normal time frames. It is clear at this point that UPS is just bad bad bad. Our parcel has been in their hands for over a month now. The promised delivery time was 72 h.
We had two parcels within the same order, both shipped on 18 January from Italy, held up for weeks due to "Brexit", finally released by customs, then moved to UK within a matter of 2 days and then, (surprise surprise!) parcel 1 got delivered (damaged) to our door, but parcel 2 was retained at a depot and has been there since over a week due to further Brexit delays (again?!). It is unclear why one parcel would be delayed and the other not and why the parcel should undergo further checks and the other not.

Theft by UPS driver!
I booked in a return to send my Apple Watch back as I was unhappy with the product. When the driver delivered it, I asked him if he knew what it was, an Apple Watch he replied. When he arrived to pick it up, he didn't scan the item in front of me, or provide me with a receipt! However the Apple Watch is now missing. It is very clear that it was not booked into the UPS returns system. Which means a Theft has taken place. So this is not acceptable in anyway, because all drivers have are meant to be trusted, and it is very clear to me now that this is not so. Dreadful service
