I had some issues with separate shipments (visor came directly from an overseas warehouse) and they were able to immediately give me two different tracking numbers and tell me where my visor was, on it's way to me! The product is incredible, so lightweight, breathable and I feel super safe in it with my MIPS lining and blinker system! Please make a light pink adult Unit 1 Aura!! I like my Stingray but I'd love to match more of my equipment!

I had an issue with the remote navigator so contact the support. They were super efficient and gave and the instructions needed identify the problem. Once it's wasn't solved they promptly decided to replace it and send me a new one.

The helmet itself is bit heavier than the road bike helmets in the market but the lights feature is really unique and I love my Aura.
I had a trouble in the front light and sent a message to the company, they replied and moved so quickly, my problem was solved in a week!

It is not a helmet for road cycling. Sorry.
Heavy and not very well ventilated, sweat comes down all over your forehead.
I am still struggling with the ergonomics, it presses my temples despite to make sure about my head shape and size.
Once wear it....Look like a mushroom.
Good safety features. Good choice for city, commuting and e-bike (non effort cycling)
Looking for an alternative. Dissapointed

I had one and it's great in a many ways--BUT the brim is attached by a magnet that has come off several times and been lost. Replacements are expensive and the last one didn't even arrive in the post. The only ones available were an ugly colour (obviously many ppl have this problem) Now they're telling me to contact the shipper blah blah... Not worth it; I'm looking for a new helmet.

All I can say is, what a fantastic company!! Started off buying the Aura helmet & controller. Was so impressed with it, I went on to buy the lights & the backpack too which arrived today!! LOVE everything these guys make & cannot praise them enough! Everything is of the highest quality & so is the customer service!! Absolutely amazing!!

één jaar geleden veel geld uitgegeven voor een UNIT 1 helm en het was de beste investing van het jaar, inmiddels alle extra's erbij gekocht,zoals, vliegennet voor binnenzijde ,richtingaanwijzer,lichte en donker scherm ook geschikt voor brildragers zoals ik !!!! Het installeren van de richtingaanwijzer was even een dingetje maar met de super goed service binnen een paar mails opgelost de fout zat bij mij je weet wel mannen lezen geen gebruiksaanwijzing, vooral de richtingaanwijzer is een goede meerwaarde vooral voor de medeweggebruikers. En tenslotte de helm is gemaakt van een geweldig kwaliteit ik gebruik de helm bijna iedere dag een er zit nog geen elke krasje op,en de binnenzijde is nog als nieuw, van bij mij oude helm (abus) al na twee dagen het geval was. Mocht je twijfelen om dit bedrag uitgeven,niet doen deze helm is zijn prijs in goud waard en de aftersale is ook 10 op10 service tot aan het graf (nederlandse uitdrukking).

Managed to get a replacement part for padding, which is not normally sold but they were quick to provide a solution for an appropriate price. Quick communication. Me and my partner have been using the Faro helmets over a year now and we have been extremely happy with them!

I have to leave a review as I am pleasantly surprised not only by the products but also by the customer service. I had a problem with my local delivery company but Maria from Unit1 helped me along the way. The smart lights have a great longevity and the charging system is very ingenious.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois et plusieurs milliers de km que je roule quotidiennement avec le casque Unit1 Aura sur mon Speedbike, et je peux dire que j’en suis pleinement ravi. C’est de loin le meilleur casque avec lequel j’ai roulé.
Certes, il n’est pas donné, mais la qualité est clairement au rendez-vous. Il est confortable, bien conçu et l’éclairage fonctionne très bien. Vous pouvez tout paramétrer et être très visible sans éblouir tout le monde. J’ai déjà eu plusieurs motards et cyclistes qui m’ont fait des compliments pour l’esthétique et la façon dont éclaire le casque.
Je l’utilise avec la commande permettant d’activer les clignotants. Cette dernière fonctionne aussi très bien, j’en suis aussi très content. Elle me semble juste manquer parfois de réactivité (quelques petits dixièmes de secondes).
Concernant le SAV de la marque, je les avais contacté pour notamment changer la taille du casque. Le SAV est très efficace, courtois et très réactif. Je souhaite d’ailleurs souligné le professionnalisme de Maria. Merci! De nos jours, il est tellement rare d’avoir un SAV de qualité que cela mérite aussi d’être mentionné.
Bref, je recommande vivement ce casque et Unit1! Lisez juste bien le guide des tailles (qui est différent d’un modèle à l’autre) afin de ne pas vous tromper comme moi! :-)

I used the helmet so far in winter conditions around -5 Celsius and it provides really good protection from winter conditions when using the accessory hat. Visor is also protecting from a cold wind. I had problems with connecting indicator control to the helmet (neither connecting it directly to the helmet or via app didn't work), but I managed to schedule a meeting in calendly with Maria Fernanda and she managed to help me reset the helmet and the indicator in no time. I can only wish that other products have the same support as this helmet!

Great service I had an issue with one of my items and reached out to the customer service department I immediately got a response from them and was provided a replacement. Loving the service and the products are great the company is very reliable. CSR rep you guys are awesome.

Excellent service. After 8 months of use, my Torch backpack developed a significant rip in the inner liner. I dropped their customer service a line and they sent a replacement bag within 2 weeks. A big shout out to Maria on the Unit 1 end of the line for her help.

I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Maria, as she has been amazing to work with on my issue syncing my remote to my helmet.
I purchased a Faro helmet and remote a while ago and trying to sync it to the app myself turned out to be a challenge, even though I am not new to owning various devices/gadgets and given that I am in the IT field it should have been easy.
After multiple failed attempts, I reached out to Unit1 support and Maria quickly realized that the issue was with the 2 replacement remotes and not user error.
After receiving the remote yesterday, I charged the remote fully and made an attempt today and it worked.
Thank you for all of your assistance in determining the issue, as well as for your patience in trying to get the remote and Faro helmet to sync up with the app. I truly appreciate it and will be excited to use my helmet once the weather gets warm soon. THANK YOU! ☺️
