Awesome product & awesome service!
I placed an order at the kickstarter campaign. Of course at first I was confused about the total final price, but then it was all transparent. The service offered is great! We had problems with the fitting and gave feedback. A little while later, they made replacements and improved the fitting and sent them out for free.
We were also able to order some silicone inserts afterwards because they were stolen from her :(
The helmet itself is awesome and the customer service is outstanding! 🥳

Since the first time I noticed their product at the early start of the company on Kickstarter, I knew I would purchase it. Certainly, I did, my latest orders with Aura helmet, Sparky helmet and Unit1 remote control definitely prove my trust and belief in the quality, comfort and design of the same. Unit 1 Sparky Helmet - love the helmet and the customer service!
I absolutely love this helmet, and so does my grandson. I had issues with the Australian website ordering a bundle, but they promptly fixed the issue, and responded really quickly to all my questions. Paulina was amazing. I received in Australia in just under 2 weeks. The helmet has exceeded my expectations. It's so much fun and interactive he actually wants to wear it. I also ordered the silicone inserts - lightning bolts, dino bumps and spikes. The scan feature is an added bonus in case he misplaces it, but we'll also be adding an air tag. It's more expensive than other helmets, but with the extra features, including a magnetic clasp, and clever fit design, it will last him much longer than other helmets that I researched. He'll be the coolest kid at the park. His precious little head is well worth the investment. Safe and fun. Thanks Paulina for all your help.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und Sendungsverfolgung.
Habe bei Radelbande auf YouTube von dem Helm erfahren.
Kurz zuvor war ein Freund mit dem Rad gestürzt und der Helm hat ihn vor schlimmeren Verletzungen bewahrt.
Ich habe mir den Aura mit Visier gekauft.
Er sitzt perfekt und lässt sich gut handhabbar.
Das Visier ist super mit der Magnethalterung.
Aus meiner Sicht ein perfektes System.
Habe in der Zwischenzeit das Bedienteil für den Lenker dazu geholt. Das ist noch einmal ein Quantensprung in der Sichtbarkeit.
Die App dazu ist auch gut, dennoch kann es Probleme mit dem Einrichten kommen.
Dann unbedingt die Supportvideos schauen, danach ist es ein Kinderspiel.

I've been using the UNIT 1 FARO helmet…
I've been using the UNIT 1 FARO helmet along with the remote for left and right signaling, and overall, I’m very impressed with the product.
While the FARO helmet feels slightly heavier at first compared to a regular helmet, this is completely understandable given its advanced features and integrated detection system. Once in regular use, the weight becomes barely noticeable, and it feels just as comfortable and well-balanced as any standard helmet.
The helmet is stylish, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. The lighting system is powerful, highly visible, and includes multiple modes that are extremely useful in various riding conditions. The turn signal remote pairs easily and functions smoothly, adding a strong layer of safety for urban and nighttime riding. The magnetic rim is secure and doesn’t feel like it would detach unintentionally.
Customer support from UNIT 1 has been excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s one of the best support experiences I’ve had.
A small suggestion for improvement: It would be helpful if the system allowed users to add local emergency contact numbers, such as Nepal’s emergency services, which are not currently integrated. Also, please consider including Nepal and other peripheral or semi-peripheral countries in the helmet's system and country list. FARO helmets are now being used globally—not just in core countries—so adding these options would make the product even more inclusive and user-friendly.
Overall, I feel much safer with the FARO helmet and would definitely purchase it again. Highly recommended for safety-conscious riders everywhere.

Their customer support is top notch and I had one of my best experiences ever with them. The AURA helmet is amazing and makes me feel a lot safer. It's light, strong, MIPS, looks good, feels good. The lights are powerful, the different modes are super helpful and connecting it to the other accessories is very easy. I'd definitely buy it again.

Not comfortable for my round head
Unfortunately it's not comfortable for my round head - presses on the sides even with the thinner pads. A shame because I like the safety rating, sun visor, eye visor and lights. Returned for refund.

Purchased Unit 1 FARO helmet from a…
Purchased Unit 1 FARO helmet from a national retailer, Pro Bikes. Turn signal remote did not appear to work. Scheduled a customer service call with company person located in Spain. She verified broken but said they do not support product purchased through a retailer and that I will have to return it to store. Don’t back warranty. Will not purchase again from them. Don’t trust product.
Unit One told me to return it to the store. Now they say they are willing to honor the warrranty. However, based on their advise, I no longer own it. Will not respond to subsequent emails

The Aura helmet is a real hit
The Aura helmet is absolutely great, I am feeling much more secure, knowing that the traffic behind me is informed about my plans.
It's very comfortable, easy to setup and the packaging is top noch.
Not to talk about the support, which helps you very fast with your requests and makes you feel welcome in the unit1 community.

Customer Service: Exceptional
Really like the helmet! There's an eco setting for the lights that makes them flash (actually seems to make you more visible than the other settings interestingly enough) and makes the battery life really long. I don't fiddle with the app but you can set it to eco and then just push the bottom on the helmet and it remembers that setting which is great and super simple. Had some back and forth with customer service about a return (my wife got the FARO but preferred the AURA after trying mine on but our toddler inadvertantly kicked the helmet across the driveway and couldnt be returned) and could not have been happier with how well they handled the situation. Incredibly helpful and worked with us to figure out a way to get the helmet my wife wanted. Very very impressed with the way they handled it when they were well within their right to say "sorry, nothing we can do homie." Definitely recommend
