Was anxious over the backers deal
Was anxious over the backers deal, didn’t manage to get in on the deal due to some misinterpreting their correspondence. Got them via email quickly and they followed through on the promise to honour the deal. It was absolutely a great deal!

Great customer service
I had a few issues with the products, but that's when the magic happened: I received excellent customer service. The agent went out of her way to resolve my problems; she was quick, thorough, and very kind. I have absolutely no complaints; what seemed problematic was resolved quickly and with excellent personalized attention.
I received more than I expected. First-class service, nothing to complain about. It rivals the best companies in the world.

Unit 1 Neon Helmets
We bought 2 of their Neon helmets with winter liner and photochroma visors. The liners and visors came quickly but it took awhile (>3 wks) to receive the helmets. Their customer service was very responsive and the long delay in shipping we believe is mostly due to the circus we have in Washington D.C. with the ridiculous tariffs. Helmets are quality design and construction. We would buy from Unit 1 again.

Great helmet
Great helmet. Use it every day.
As an aside, after a couple of years of use, a recent update made the app difficult to use with my phone (Fold 5). Support were great and communicative and it was addressed in an update.

Love the customer support
Love the customer support, they went Above and well beyond helping me resolve my issue. The product was shipped very quickly. The helmet itself is awesome, very light weight, with a great fit. The led lighting on the back is extremely bright, which is one of the main reasons I wanted to try this helmet. I got the Neon SE Medium in Charcoal Black.
Will definitely order more for my family!

Stylish helmet with neat features. Prompt and awesome support.
I supported the kickstarter for the Neon helmet as it looked to have all the features I wanted in a bicycle helmet.
The Neon is stylish and comfortable to wear; I've gotten a few compliments from people who got really curious when they saw the flashing safety lights at the rear of the helmet. I absolutely love the (optional accessory) magnetic photochromic visor as it is easy to snap on when you need it, and securely and firmly snaps to the top of the helmet magnetically when you don't. So far it's done an great job of keeping the wind and debris away from my eyes during windy days in Melbourne and reducing the glare when I'm riding headlong in the direction of the sun; I often ride more than 8 hours a day on an e-bike so maximizing comfort while riding is something , and the Neon performs well in that regard.
I decided to get an extra Neon and visor during the impossible price offer, and Unit 1's support were friendly and very prompt in helping me resolve any concerns or issues I may have; I've often gotten a response by the end of the (business) day
I would definitely recommend the Neon to any serious cyclists who wants a helmet that not only comes with nifty safety features but looks stylish as well

Unit 1 is the holiday gift for yourself or the cyclist in your life
Unit 1 is a gamechanger for safety and effectiveness on the road. There are cheaper version of smart lights on the market, but without the level of design and production quality. The magnetic attachment makes the lights easy to remove while also making it almost impossible for them to fall off, even on very bumpy rides. The charging is fairly quick and long-lasting. I ride every day and rarely have to charge the lights more than once every two weeks. The lights are bright and clear, but what makes them really stand out is their ability to help prevent road crashes. Even though hand signals are still necessary, I feel much safer on the road having an attention-getting way of helping vehicles behind me see me and see my turning intentions. As someone committed to improving street safety, I look forward to the day when the majority of cyclists use Unit 1.

Best experience ever
My experience with UNIT 1 has been the best I’ve ever had with a brand. The products, wow. The app, wow. The shipping, wow. I’ve purchased a helmet for my two sons, one for my husband, and one for myself. We basically have the full UNIT 1 ecosystem at home! But the most impressive part? The customer service. Honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever seen in my life. Whoever manages it deserves a raise, truly wow! I’ve also used their AI/help center, and it’s super helpful. I fully recommend it. I just purchased the new NEON helmet
I just purchased the new NEON helmet, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The customer service personall were great. Fantastic communication and a great product. I love the safety features, the fit, and the quality can just be observed in handling the product itself. I feel safer riding my bike with this helmet than I have felt previously with other makes. Can you trust this company? I would say a resounding "YES"!

The product is great
The product is great.
High quality and gives the needed visibility in the dark winter months without ones having to fear the notorious bicycle light thieves of Berlin. The shipping with GLS was a real pain though: the first time they simply sent it back to Unit1 without ever trying to deliver it and the second time was also rather fussy. Fortunately, the kind customer service assisted me with the delivery troubles.

Quality Product and Quality Service
I've known this company for a while since I've been researching about helmets for e-bikes and e-scooters. When they released the Neon, I pulled the trigger and bought one. It was perfect and not bulky for the amount of protection and features they provide (as they advertised). The only thing that I would like for them to improve was sending out the order receipt/confirmation and shipping info when you order. I had to contact customer service for both of the details but they did respond within a day or two. Would order again. Saving up for the visor that tints itself.

Premier helmets with first class customer service!
I have been very impressed with the communication and follow through by the customer service team regarding the purchase and shipments of our orders. My wife and I have the Aura and Neon helmets, and we really love the fit, function and long-lasting batteries built into the helmets.
