Having a great product is nice... but having a great support is awesome. Had an issue with my backbag. Explained the case, had a few questions... and the bag was replaced swiftly. SMART LIGHT
I’m a mom and I ride a BTWIN family cargo bike with the front child compartment, so visibility is something I worry about a lot. I added the Smart Lights, one in the front and one in the back, and it honestly felt like a game changer for me.
Having lights both ahead of me and behind makes me feel much calmer when riding, especially in traffic or during cloudy days. I know cars can see us much better, not just me but my kids too, and that peace of mind is huge as a parent. I also use the Aura helmet, and between the helmet and the lights, it honestly feels like one of the best investments I’ve made for my peace of mind.

I’ve been using the AURA for about…
I’ve been using the AURA for about three weeks and I’m genuinely impressed. The helmet feels sturdy without being heavy, and the lighting system makes me feel a lot more visible on my evening rides. Pairing it with the app took me a couple of minutes, but once connected it worked smoothly, the turn signals are definitely a game changer. I’ve already had a few people ask me where I got it. Overall, it gives me a strong sense of safety and the design looks premium too.

Amazing helmets and accessories loads of options light adjustments and controlling modes for helmet the turn signals defentaly save life's!. Had a problem with helmet nothing major but a defected mode but then had a genuinely outstanding experience with UNIT 1’s customer service recently. Valentina Orellana went above and beyond to help me out—handling everything with care, speed, and real attention to detail. She made sure my helmet was replaced without any hassle, and there was also a gesture of goodwill included that was brilliant and something I honestly didn’t expect to be able to get. That kind of effort speaks volumes.
Valentina deserves full credit for the hard work—she really took ownership and made sure everything was sorted. When she was off, her manager Mia picked up on her emails just to let me know things were on track and to reassure me that all feedback was being passed back to Valentina so she got the recognition she was due. Mia was polite and professional, and it was clear the whole team cared.

MIPS Neon- Excellent Helmet
Unit 1 helmets (I have the MIPS Neon) managed to put together a set of specs at a competitive price that others haven't quite reached. I have the MIPS type helmet, with brake light. I added the front light too. But MIPS and Lights everyone has. However, Unit 1 neon stores your emergency contact info in the helemt for emergency responders and sends a message out if you do not cancel the "I've Fallen" indicator in a minute (Programmable). The emergency info (Has a NFC setup for responders) is the best feature. You crash or fall, the helmet will call for help and give important info to the responders. BEST Feature

Compré SPARKY para mi hijo y sinceramente me dejó muy tranquila desde el primer día. La luz es bastante visible y eso me da mucha paz cuando vamos en bici por el barrio o al parque. Wow what an amazing helmet!
Wow - what an amazing company and products. I have the Faro helmet - amazing safety features, with MIPS. Built in lights are brilliant - have done a lot of night time riding and feel so much safer when I am bright and lit up. Also use the remote which makes turn signals a breeze to use.
Had an issue with the fall protection (went off in error a couple of times) but all fully resolved via customer services. The support and resolution given could not be faulted.
Price is a bit higher than some helmets, but you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth paying for the added safety. Thank you Unit 1

FARO helmet
The FARO helmet has been amazing so far I use it almost every day for commuting. The rear light is super visible and drivers seem to notice me much more now. The fit is comfortable, I barely feel it after a few minutes.

Amazing
I bought the AURA helmet as a Christmas gift for my dad and he hasn’t opened it yet but I’m pretty sure he’s going to love it. He rides a lot in the early mornings so the lighting will help him feel safer on the road. The helmet itself looks really well made and the design feels modern without being too flashy which is perfect for him. I checked everything before wrapping it and the quality seems great.
