The products and the service are great. The app provided is not intuitive user friendly.

I first discovered UNIT 1 during their Kickstarter campaign, right after buying my class 3 e-bike. I was looking for a helmet that offered both safety and smart design at higher speeds, so I purchased the Aura Hybrid helmet, tinted visor, along with the remote and smart lights.

From the moment I started using them, everything worked flawlessly. The lighting system immediately boosted my visibility, and confidence. I noticed a real difference in how drivers behaved, giving me more space and passing with greater care. It was obvious they appreciated a cyclist who made an effort to be seen. Since then, over two years of riding, I haven’t had a single serious close call.

My first contact with UNIT 1’s support team came recently when I had a minor issue with my visor. Even though it was well past its warranty period, their team didn't disappiont and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Their dedication and responsiveness made it one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years.

UNIT 1 has earned my complete trust — outstanding products, exceptional technology, and truly first-class service. Highly recommended!

After ordering a couple of items which didn’t fit me I returned them for a refund. I emailed the company after a week just to check they received my returns. Vallentina was excellent with a quick response as well as expediting my return and refund with timely and polite communication. Great service.

Everything was delivered according to order and all items seem to live up to expectations although not tried in practice yet due to weather and time. I hope though that I will never have to test the helmet other than on my head and not in a crash situation ;-)

I have been using the Backpack for the past two years. It is amazing gear, lots of pockets, waterproof, great for daily office use or even for a short two day trip. The best is their service, just beyond the two year European warranty period the main zipper broke and they shipped me a new one. That’s what I call standing behind the quality of your products.

I love my new helmet. However, it is the customer service experience that stands out for me. I had some difficulties with shipping due to living in Jersey and delivery was cancelled on two occasions. The company went above and beyond to find another courier who delivered the third helmet promptly. When the other two helmets arrived unexpectedly many weeks later, Unit 1 were clear in their procedures for return and refunded the shipping immediately. Every contact from customer service, particularly from Ana was prompt, clear and helpful at all times. A real pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.

I ordered two Neon helmets with the remote and adaptive visor and I have to say that the quality of the product is beyond what I expected. Everything is so well done in quality and functionality and if that wasn't enough, their customer service (thank you, Ana!) is fast, super friendly and very efficient. Well done guys...please continue like this!

I had an issue with my new Aura 1 helmet-- it would not power up. After a brief video conference, we determined the helmet was not fixable so the agent immediately initiated shipping a new one.

I ordered a FARO helmet from UNIT 1 just before Christmas. I must say that the helmet build and design looks beautiful and the system coupling with the indication remote works perfectly. I had a query about my order which was met with a very helpful team member called Maria who provided an explanation and resolution to my issue. Thanks for listening to a customer. Not many businesses out there really care about the customer. Fantastic service and product.

The smart lights are one of those features you don’t realize you need until you use them. They’re easy to set up, intuitive to control, and they genuinely make me feel more visible and confident when riding. It’s a small detail that ends up making a big difference.

I’ve been using the Unit 1 backpack for commuting and it’s been very practical. There’s enough space for daily essentials and everything stays organized.
