Part 2: The Good
What I love about this phone.

Based on what I had written in part 1, it may sound like I don't like this phone very much, but it's the complete opposite. Each phone does have it's quirks and perks and no phone can be perfect. Anyways:
-The uniqueness. I love that Unihertz goes out of their way to make unique phones. I'm tired of the slab era. My bf also has their Tank 4 Pro and he loves it.
-I love the chonkyness, it feels like a solid phone!
-I am so thankful that they added a screen protector from the factory. I mess those things up every time!
-I love the keyboard. Sure the placement of some keys are in a strange spot, but overtime it becomes muscle memory. It's also nice that it has the scroll feature.
-I also bought the leather case which keeps it nice and protected. Only thing is, if you have a lanyard the flap doesn't shut. I also didn't want to cut a hole and ruin it.
-Productivity: I'm way more productive with this phone. Typing texts, emails or posts is so much better with a physical keyboard! With the wide screen too! I get so much more done! It also helps that I don't add much social media and games on this device.
-Alot of people were worried about the Unihertz logo being an eyesore... It doesn't bother me at all. I barely notice it half the time. It blends in really well.
-The backscreen: an other unique feature. I thought I would have used it more by now, but I have yet to find more use. I don't lay my phone down on it's front to protect the keys, so I mostly keep it in the leather holster. It might a better feature on a slab. But... It's nice having that extra screen for selfies if you need it.
-Speaking of selfies, I have not used the camera that much. Not because of the quality like most people have complained about. It seems decent from what I've tried. I'm just trying to not fill the phone up with a bunch pictures like all my past devices. I've actually been thinking about getting a digital camera instead.
-It has more than enough memory than I'll ever need. Especially since I won't be filling it up with pictures and videos as mentioned. I'm actually glad it doesn't come with an SD card slot. I've never had luck with those on any phone I've ever had. Pictures always seem to get lost somehow or it gets glitched.
Good specs: my brother (a computer tech) was so impressed when he saw the specs and the fact that it can even run Fortnite. It does feel like it runs very smooth when I use it.
-The battery lasts so long and plus it charges so fast! I never have to worry about the phone dying or waiting forever to charge.
-One of the features I was really excited about is that it has Infrared. Not to many phones have that. It's nice having that option if you're in need of a TV remote.

As mentioned, I need to play around with the camera more before I can give it a fair review as well as the second screen on the back. I also haven't tried the dongle for the headphone jack and with the radio. So maybe later on I'll do a part 3 review.

In Conclusion: If you need all the bells and whistles, this phone is definitely not for you. If you want something that helps you with productivity and that is truly unique, this is definitely the one!

It's a great feeling to be back on physical keys, feeling what you're typing.
In my opinion, the placement of the function, sym, shift, and alt keys could be improved, especially for combining shortcuts with the keys.
A slightly thinner keyboard would be even better.
Otherwise, I'm very happy with the choice!

Il Titan 2 è un ottimo telefono, molto robusto. La tastiera fisica è molto valida, si avvicina a quelle mitiche di Blackberry !!
Bisogna avere pazienza e configurarlo poco per volta, a proprio piacimento : personalizzazione tasti chiave, scorciatoie da tastiera, scelta dell' app per la gestione posta elettronica, scelta della app per la tastiera ecc. Davvero un telefono molto produttivo per il lavoro e meno per i social. Nel prossimo Titan si potrebbe mettere una fotocamera migliore. Rongrazio Huniherz per avermi fatto rivivere l'esperienza blackberryana!!!

I purchased the Titan 2 through the Kickstarter fundraiser at a 38 percent discount and was satisfied because the delivery time was respected and I received the product in perfect condition with all its accessories. Unihertz was also quick to send software updates to fix some bugs with the Titan 2, and customer service offered me solutions and always responded quickly. I'm satisfied 😉

Unihertz will not ship to Finland.
They will accept your order, take your money and afterwards they send you an email asking for an address in another EU country, or you can request a refund, but they will keep a 6% service fee.

Good phone, could use a better parcel carrier but whatever, it showed up. Love the features.

Bryant from Unihertz Support helped to resolve a technical issue we had with our Unihertz Jelly Star. I really appreciate the time he took to walk us through the steps to resolve the problem we were having. He followed up with us every step of the way and before long our phone was back up and running well. We rely on this phone for managing medical needs for one of our family members so it made our day to have the issue resolved :)

Maximum satisfaction with both the ATOM mini product and the services. After the inquiry, the answer came in a very short time and in an understandable step-by-step form. The next phone will be UNIHERTZ again.

My package was damaged in transit and the transporter (Airmee) decided not to deliver because of that. Instead they returned it without me ever having been in contact with the parcel. However, they marked it as “costumer refused delivery” (which is NOT what happened) but when I contacted them about it they confessed that it was automatically marked that way and that I should not take responsibility for it. Unihertz did not understand this, they believe it was me who refused the delivery and won’t acknowledge the evidence to the contrary. At first, unihertz responded to my emails but have since stopped. The package has now been returned to the Amazon facility and I demand a refund!!

Update:
Unihertz sent me another package which I received, but it took a lot of time to get any help. And I'd like to review the phone in itself. After three months of use I've noticed the phone gets very hot sometimes, it has difficulties cooling off and has even gotten to the point it burned my fingers.. (it was not even charging at the time). The battery can last a very long time some days but very short other days, even though I've used it the same amount.. It's not the best phone out there.

The phone was stolen during the transport to Belgium. Unihertz totally uncooperative with either myself or the UPS. Intentionally I did not collect the second part of the order but suprisingly was never refunded for that! EU location ships the order but all returns and complaints are dealt with China. My first and last attempt to support a smaller brand. Feels like an organised scam to me..
Update: After reporting the Unihertz payment transaction to my bank as a scam, the bank in cooperation with Mastercard started an investigation. They found that Unihertz did not take any action to investigate the occurrence nor fulfill the responsibilities with UPS. Quite the opposite - accused me of being the scammer. After sharing the customer support email exchange, UPS case details, photos of the parcel, and proof of police report, I was fully refunded by Mastercard who are taking the legal action directly against Unihertz.

Have a Unihertz Titan Slim - screen has a black line across it and it is within warranty. Unihertz say they have no spare screens and cannot replace the phone. Will refund minus £60 usage charge - that does not help. DO NOT buy their products, they do not support them.

The phone is nice with unique features for its size, with big battery, strong light, laser and supposed to be strong and resistant with an ok camera.

These 2 last points are not something you should count on if you buy this phone. The camera is terrible despite their dozens of MP.
The rugged aspect is not existing as after it dropped from my pocket (about 1m), the screen brock.

Thus the question: what is the point of buying a rugged phone with cool gadgets, no qualitative camera, rugged only on the marketing aspect? -> You buy expensive gadgets...

I switched to Iphone which is actually the best I've ever used so far, I strongly advise you to do the same (Iphone SE or Iphone 13 mini are quite small and very good).

Amazing experience so far!!!! The support has been a tremendous help. And the products even more.

Even though Unihertz provides niche products, they deliver them in a perfect way.

I purchased the cross-body lanyard for my phone and it provides the strongest support that I have ever experienced.

I have also purchased the Tank 4 Pro (although not on the official store yet) and it's been a life changing experience as well.

The care and work that they put in their products, I hope one day that they will become as known as Huawei!
