Bought these wine glasses in Truro and they only had 5 glasses and we needed 8, so they posted all 8 to us and they were very carefully wrapped. Excellent service and we love the glasses

Great experience
Touched base with the Uneeka team because the mirror I wanted was out of stock, and wondered whether it would come back in stock. They were so lovely and helpful, and kept me posted when it came back in Stock. Mirror was wrapped carefully and arrived well to Scotland! Thank you Uneeka team

Large pot not
The pot I received I don’t believe was large,I had one from another company which was large and was two cms bigger than the one I received off this shop,delivery was slow,good points it was well packed,and the pot was good just not the proper size.,dissapointed but I’ll look for a smaller plant to put in it,

I am so sorry to hear that your pot wasn't quite as you had expected, I have since checked with our team to correct the measurements shown on our website to make sure they are accurate and to prevent any future issues. This was the largest pot that our supplier has in this style so this was the biggest pot we had available. Perhaps there may be some variation in each batch? As you placed your order with us Friday afternoon, we packed up your order and dispatched on Saturday and did our very best to get your order to you as soon as we could using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service which is our standard.
