I ordered the OPA Cloud sofa in plush velvet, this is an unbelievable statement piece in my living room and we love it.
Alison at the Chelsea showroom was excellent and offered a clear and concise order process, conforming with me the following day.
She also walked me through the bespoke service for an extra chair.

Good couch, bad delivery
Order arrived late. It stipulated it would be assembled on arrival but the delivery men said "No we don't assemble". When I asked to OPA, they say they shouldn't have offered it but I could pay for it even though my original receipt already stated it... Anyway. We still like the couch #OPA40497

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with your new sofa, although we're sorry that the delivery experience didn't meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a delay and then be advised that assembly wasn't included, particularly when this was stated on your original order confirmation. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
We'll be reviewing this with our delivery and customer service teams to ensure clearer communication and prevent similar situations in the future.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy your new sofa.

DONT ENTER THIER GIVEAWAYS.YOUVE BEEN WARNED
This review is based on their giveaways on instagram.
Firstly, choosing your OWN brand ambassador for the biggest prize up for grabs is a massive RED FLAG
Secondly who extends a giveaway 5 days after its closing date.
TO FIX IT THAT IS WHY!!!!!!!!
Me and 10 other winners won £250
To be honest it looked likely we wouldnt recieve as i was informed by another home account she won a 5k package giveaway months ago that never materialised with this company
I ended up gifting my voucher to another account today after other friends said they had now recieved thiers.
For me the damage was done
My pride is far more important than the money which wouldnt go far on this website regardless.
I cannot speak for the quality of the furniture of this company.
But what i would advise OPA is if your going to host a giveaway, show it live through a random generator because this latest giveaway was 1 billion % FIXED which is ILLEGAL
Your 10,000 dream bedroom makeover went to your own BRAND AMBASSADOR
Suspicious,coincidence
Definately not the latter.
And i advise unless changes are made and your been TRUE to your followers i wouldnt host any more giveaways.
I will celebrate anyones success, ive won big giveaways myself so they are very REAL
Do better or damage your reviews reputation
If i won a million pounds id never bring custom to you for this reason.
Dishonest,misleading,sly,cunning and everything inbetween
How you have excellent reviews on here is bedazzling to me
Your not GENUINE whatsoever 😡😡

Thank you for your feedback. We strongly refute the suggestion that our giveaway was fixed or conducted dishonestly. Winners were selected through a random draw, and the process was not influenced by any personal or professional relationships.
We can also confirm that the £250 vouchers were issued to the selected winners, including yourself.
We take transparency and fairness seriously and are disappointed by the allegations made. Our giveaway was intended to give something back to our community, and we remain committed to running our promotions fairly and responsibly.

4 Weeks to wait for fabric samples after committing to 2-3 business days and won’t offer any sort of express delivery so we can actually sleep on a bed yet are happy to offer 10+ £250 vouchers to Instagram influencers. Not a company who values their loyal customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your fabric samples and understand your frustration, particularly when you were expecting them within 2–3 working days.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our promotional giveaways are entirely separate from our customer orders and do not affect the priority or care given to our customers.
We value every customer and take concerns like yours seriously. We'd welcome the opportunity to look into your experience further and see how we can help resolve the situation.

Chelsea Showroom visit :)
Having been looking at Opa’s online store for a while, we went into the Chelsea showroom last weekend to try the sofas out before committing. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the furniture, it’s all beautifully made and most importantly incredibly comfortable!
Diana was the highlight of our trip in and definitely made it worthwhile, she has great knowledge of the sofas and also shared the additional fabrics with us, to customise the sofa further. We are now in the process of purchasing with a custom fabric and can’t wait to receive our sofa soon!
