We recently purchased our sofas from OPA Living and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to speak to both over the phone and in-store when I visited to view the fabric swatches.
The fabric I chose was exactly as expected and complements our room perfectly. It was reassuring to see the swatches in person, and the finished sofas look even better than I imagined.
The WhatsApp communication throughout was also incredibly quick and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
We paid for delivery, and it was absolutely worth it. The delivery team arrived on time, called ahead as promised, and were very respectful of our home. They took great care not to scrape or drag anything while bringing the sofas in, which we really appreciated.
Most importantly, the sofas are exactly what we were looking for and fit our space perfectly. We're delighted with the quality and the overall service.

Hi i bought sofa from opaliving sofa is faulty so i am returning it. They said my money has been sent but it is not in my account. Im worried sick incase i do not get my money. As sofa you can not sit
Hi i bought sofa from opa living sofa was delivered but is faulty. You can not sit on it without sliding off. Ur back is killing you trying to sit on sofa. Due to several times contacting them & customer services. Over 3 weeks. They said they would return my money so i took my other reviews down as they asked me to from trust pilot. Due to them saying i would get full refund . I still have not received any money back. Now i am worried i dont get my money back. I am so stressed i cant sleep thinking about this. £1800 is a lot of money . Also left without sofa . I would never purchase anything from this company ever. Very misleading & bull sxxx the talk . I will remove the post if a get my money in full.

Doyin Daniels Is a Credit to Opa Living
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share both my disappointing and positive experiences with Opa Living.
I initially contacted the York showroom before travelling approximately 1.5 hours specifically to view and purchase a sofa. After speaking with the showroom beforehand, I expected a welcoming and helpful experience.
Unfortunately, my visit was the complete opposite. On arrival, I wasn’t greeted, and the salesperson made very little effort to engage with me. When I approached him with questions, I was made to feel judged and as though my custom wasn’t wanted. Rather than receiving advice or support, I left feeling disappointed and ultimately travelled all the way home without placing the order I had intended to make.
Thankfully, my experience with Opa Living changed completely the following day when I called and spoke with Doyin Daniels from the London showroom.
Doyin’s professionalism, knowledge and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question with patience, and guided me through the ordering process over the phone with ease. What had felt like a frustrating experience the day before became effortless thanks to him.
To top it off, Doyin kindly included two complimentary cushions with my order, which was a thoughtful gesture and a great example of going above and beyond for a customer.
If my experience had been limited to the York showroom, I wouldn’t have become an Opa Living customer. The only reason Opa Living secured my order was because of Doyin’s exceptional customer service. He is a real credit to the company and demonstrates exactly how customers should be treated.

Great bed but customer service needs improving
This is a rating to reflect the service not the actual quality of the bed which is very nice and I’m very happy with my new bed.
Unfortunately, the customer service and communication throughout my order were extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly assured that my bed would be delivered on a specific date, and I received this confirmation in writing. Based on those assurances, I arranged for my existing bed to be removed to make space for the new one.
Only after chasing for an update was I informed that my delivery had been delayed by another week. To make matters worse, I had been promised a callback and update from a manager - Dan, which never happened. I was left to do all the chasing myself.
After writing a review Mo at Opa got in touch and offered to help to put things right. He ensured my bed was delivered the day it was meant to and offered a partial refund for the lack of service and has promised to be better for future customers.

Over the moon
We went to the Chelsea showroom, unfortunately they did not have the sofa we were interested in on display (Marylebone). However, the ones on display were so comfortable and good quality, we took a gamble and ordered it anyway. Special thanks to Doyin Daniels in the Chelsea showroom for helping us out in the showroom and when we came to placing our order - he couldn’t have been more helpful!
Delivery was super quick (4 weeks), although we did have to chase up on getting the delivery booked in. Everything else was super smooth and the sofa is beyond our expectations! We couldn’t be happier with it!
