Visited the Opa living store in Yorkshire, mike was friendly and welcoming, his product knowledge was amazing and he had a passion for interiors. We went to sit on the cloud sofa, but in the end we swayed towards the Nest sofa, if you’re looking for a sink in sofa the nest is the one! Thank you. Mike!

Pretty easy to decide on what I wanted…
Pretty easy to decide on what I wanted once I had visited the showroom. That’s an essential I think - don’t buy before seeing the sofa and sitting on it - I went in having made one choice in my mind and came out having chosen something different!
The website is easy to use, the pricing seemed to variable between the in store discussions and the what’s app opa support - so that was confusing. I bought online in the end to save any confusion down the line.
Love the sofa - very happy

I had a fantastic experience with OPA Living from start to finish. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations, and everything looks beautiful in my home. The sofa and beds are exceptionally well made, comfortable, and exactly as I had hoped.
What really made the experience stand out, however, was the customer service. Allison was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OPA Living to anyone looking for high-quality furniture backed by genuinely exceptional customer service. Thank you, Allison, and the whole OPA Living team for such a wonderful experience.

Concerns over reviews.
Very concerningly, I was able to write a review for something I had not purchased. I stated on the review I had not purchased this but thought I would try to compose a review as so many of them are unverified. I was asked for my email and told I would get a verification email but have received nothing so far and my review has been published on their site.
When you read many of the reviews they are quite similar in style and it is quite hard to find negative reviews which also rang alarm bells. Even fantastic companies get it wrong sometimes.
I was considering buying from them but I won't now. Simply for the reason that you shouldn't be able to write a review if you haven't purchased something and because the reviews that have been submitted just don't feel real. The reviews don't tell any sort of story and are usually one sentence and just praise the product.
