Bought the most gorgeous bell jar ceiling light which was reduced to £75.00. It looks absolutely amazing in the hall. The staff are so lovely and helpful. All of the stock in the Chiswick store is beautiful, I will definitely be back.

Excellent lighting and home shop.

My second purchase of a chandelier from Decorexi and I am, yet again, very pleased with it. I had looked in various shops and online, but when I looked in Decorexi I was able to see the quality of the crystal which I think is superior to a lot of others on the market. Their pricing is very competitive and I received excellent personal service and advice from Lynn.

Silk Drum Lampshade

Fantastic customer service - the lampshade was exactly as described unfortunately it arrived with a number of dents (not a good look for a silk lampshade). Lin was outstanding and arrange a replacement which arrived just after the Easter break in pristine condition. Amazing product and exceptional customer service - would definitely recommend and use again

Wonderful shop with excellent service. The staff can’t do enough to make your experience special. The one-of-a-kind pieces are beautiful and you feel like you’ve found something you wouldn’t get anywhere else. Definitely recommend popping in if you’re in the area!

A shop with something very tasteful for everyone.

Firstly, I was delighted that my beautiful Pomeranian was welcome in the shop. Decorexi is the most beautiful shop which can easily become very addictive. I love it sooooo much. It's absolutely impossible to go out of that shop without purchasing an item. Their items appear to be carefully chosen with gift ideas for everyone!! I felt very welcome and would understand why anyone would want to meet the shop assistant again as she's so sweet and approachable. I'll be back for sure.

Transform Your Space with Decorexi!

Visited Decorexi in Chiswick and had an amazing experience! The customer service is exceptional—they really know their stuff and helped me find the perfect pieces for my home. They have the most beautiful collection of furniture and décor, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. If you're looking to elevate your space with something unique, this is definitely the place to check out!

Good selection of beautiful things.
Purchased a black framed bird print - and very pleased with it. In fact - better than in the online photo.
Packaged very well and " fragile "labelling to ensure safe delivery - delivered in the time line quoted.
