From the moment I walked into the show John and his team made me feel welcome spent time showing me and explaining the different types of flooring suitable for my home after having the worst experience with Someone else.

I choose my flooring booked the fitting date the team arrive on time and straight onto lifting the old floor and replacing with the new .

I’m so happy 5 star rating where I was going to sell they have made me feel happy and I’m remaining in my home.

It was one of the best decisions I made choosing John and his team to floor my entire house.

Absolutely delighted with our Amtico floors.
They were able to provide a bespoke service for us. This included a feature in the middle of our main room. And an extra large gold border. Nothing was too much trouble. John went above and beyond. Because we were so delighted we have now booked for our bedrooms to be done.

We used Underfoot Flooring when we changed our bathroom floor recently. Nothing was too much trouble for John & he was very flexible when we had to postpone the work. Our fitter Stuart was excellent & really professional. I would certainly use this firm again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Underfoot.

The fitters who fired my kitchen floor were prompt and very pleasant as well as efficient. Overall a good experience and happy to recommend the company who I have already three times in the past

Underfoot flooring are a fantastic company, we have used them for a number of years and they always deliver high-quality flooring and service.

Nothing is ever too much and they communicate throughout the whole job and always hit the time frames we need.... Some of which are a tight turnaround.

We have used underfoot flooring for both amtico and carpet. The service I received was absolutely fantastic.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They let me take samples back to test them out and always available if I had any questions. Also helped out immensely when we had wastage from the carpet and made some great suggestions which saved us lots of money in the end. Would definitely use them again!

The team at Underfoot were excellent. We were provided with clear quotations with details of the work and cost of materials. They were happy to complete parts of the work at different times to fit around the other work we were having done. The fitter was particularly good able to correct for a floor and wall imperfections. We were kept well informed as we moved from selection of product through to fitting. Thanks John and Underfoot. My only recommendation would be an improved website!
