The people in the company have a sound understanding of the products that they sell. The service was fast and efficient. There was a slight hiccup with one threshold bar which was immediately dealt with by the owner who personally delivered it. The fitters left the house clean and tidy.

A fantastic flooring company. John and the whole team are highly professional and most helpful. Jamie and Stuart did a great job of laying my Amtico flooring. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

I've used Underfoot for my carpets for 20 years. They always give good advice, turn up on time, do an excellent job and leave everything tidy and looking great. What more could you ask for?

Underfloor were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I found them by accident and feel that luck was definitely in my side. Once ordered, the turn-around was only a couple of weeks. The gentleman who fitted the LVT, Stewart, was so friendly and worked hard through both days. The floor looks fantastic. I will definitely be back when we are next replacing flooring.

I found Underfoot just by chance when looking for a local company who offered stair cladding supply and installation and I am so pleased I did. John and the office team are very helpful and informative, the communication and customer service from start to finish is excellent and I was fully updated from the quote stage to the installation.
John the fitter is a great guy, really helpful, reliable and nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to help, such a hard worker too he did not stop working from his arrival to leaving for the day, his workmanship and attention to detail are a real asset to the company, I loved my flooring so much I went from originally having the new flooring just for the stairs, entrance area and landing to also having the dining room and living room fitted too. All arranged and fitted in a very short turnaround time. I would highly recommend Underfoot and I am so pleased with the overall look, I will certainly be contacting them again when money permits later in the year for all of the bedroom flooring.

Brilliant service from start to end. Very happy with the end product (amtico signature) and the Underfoot team were very professional during the installation.

Have used Underfoot for a number of years now, carpets and tiled flooring. Always take care of my property from the inside out. Always mindful of the hard work I have put into the decorating and they have never banged or knocked the paintwork.
